I have worn Dansko shoes for work, and know what a positive difference this brand makes. I wanted these casual shoes to work for everyday, but the top-inside-edge hit right on my arthritic joint (where bunions are). Even though the shoe is soft I made the tough decision to return it - as it would be a costly mistake if they didn't stretch enough. Plus, it was leaving a mark on that spot of my foot within minutes of walking around. The design is cute! If you don't have problems with that joint or a bunion, they would be great. BTW, they did not run big - my normal size fit.

Perfect fit! I Usually wear a size 9.5 or 10 medium shoe and ordered the slate colored Dansko Raeann in size 40. The fit feels spot on and my feet don’t look gigantic either! I love that I can get away with wearing these when I need a pedicure due to the closed-toe. This Zappos order also included the Rose sandal from Keen in size 10 (way too big for me) and Merrill Encore Breeze 4 in size 9.5 which is also a perfect fit for me. I’m so glad that I gave these Danskos a try. They are lightweight and exceptionally versatile! The style enables one to wear them dressed up or down, with a dress or skirt, shorts, and jeans or pants of most nearly any style. I had hesitated to order these shoes previously as the description led me to believe that the shoe was mostly made of suede; however it is not. It has a “ribbon” of suede as trim accent around the foot opening, on the sides and on the straps. The toe of the shoe is a textured fabric — similar to mesh but not transparent and firmer than mesh found on running shoes. The footbed is removable and provides moderate arch support. The only thing I wish for is a more breathable footbed. I don’t tend to have sweaty feet but the synthetic liner in this shoe makes my feet feel warm after wearing them for only a few minutes. Otherwise I’m very pleased with this easy on/off, attractive, true to size, go-anywhere sandal.

I have difficulty with sandals and these fit well due to adjustment instep and heel straps. I'm narrow except for the toe area where I have bunions and this shoe accommodates them. I think they'll be great for warmer weather and slate blue is versatile. They are fairly flat, have about a 1" heel and my foot doesn't slide forward. I'll probably get another color soon.

I like this shoe and ordered in two colors. The shoe runs a little large, I ordered 42 and my heel was about 3/4 inch inside the back of the shoe, so returned for 41 and it is still maybe a little long but much better and am keeping the shoe in two colors. The cream and the blue.

I love these shoes right down to the color plum. However they are going back. I ordered my usual size 39 and they are way to large. I have reordered size38 and hopefully they will fit.

I have achilles tendonitis, hagland's bump and find it very hard to find sandals that are comfortable and cute . These are very comfortable and I am able to walk in them for hours with out any pain. I love the adjustable straps and the closed toe. I will be able to wear to work and look fashionable. Do not look like frankenstein feet!! I always wear dansko clogs and vionic's because of my feet problems and these cute sandals did not disappoint!!

ON me, the toe box on this shoe is narrower than my other Danskos, and the ankle area is larger, which makes the shoe slip. It did not hit my arch in the right place either. I thought the style was cute online, but the shoes don't work and don't have the comfort and support of all my other Danskos.

I did not find the shoes ran large but I have a wide foot. I wear a 38 in Dansko and ordered a 38.

Very cute, fit well and had good support. Sadly, the top of shoe cut into bunion on my left foot. Returning.

I love these shoes right down to the plum color. Have been looking for this style since I wore my last ones out. I did order a 39 my regular size and had to return for a 38 as they were very large.

I think these shoes are super cute. The color (Plum Suede) is a little deeper in real life than it looked on my screen, but that is not a bad thing! Love the color and once I undid the velcro for the back of the shoe and put my foot in so that it was aligned with the heal/back of the shoe, they fit pretty well. I have fairly large/wide and difficult feet to find shoes for, so I am super happy these work. I can take out the insole that came with and put my own in which is an extra added bonus. The toe box is relatively roomy. I think my pinky started to rub a little by the end of the day, so I might look for some footy socks to help with that. Otherwise, I am happy :)

These have a nice wide toe box. I sized down from my usual 39 to get better arch placement and my toes are still happy. The fabric feels durable and the ivory color is a little more tan than white. I'm hoping it won't show dirt.

The material on the toe of the shoe was hard. As I walked, my big toe was hitting against the hard material and it was uncomfortable.

These are so great. I walk at least 2 miles a day and need good walking shoes that are also business casual (closed toe). These exactly meet my needs. So comfortable. I love that both the top and back strap are adjustable.

Cute for summer. Agree with other reviewers who said they ran large -- I own a bunch of Danskos, all of which are size 38. The 38 in this was definitely too roomy -- I exchanged for 37s, which I have never worn in this brand or any other, and they're perfect.

These are a cute shoe and a fun style with sort of being like a sandal, but also a shoe. Wish they were comfortable enough for me to keep but going to. have to send them back. The insert it comes with bothers my foot because it has a hard, raised ridge on the surface where your foot sits that I can feel and it is not good. Surprised Dansko does that because they are known for building good quality comfort footwear but this style is not one of those, at least not for me. I think this is a new style for them so hopefully they get more feedback like mine and do an updated version because it would be a fun shoe to wear if the insole was comfy. It does fit true to size if you decide you're going to give them a test ride. Arcopedico is another brand to try if you're looking for comfort shoes. More of a minimal and much lighter shoe than Dansko but great arch support and no break-ins needed, very comfortable right from the start.

So far, so good! I have to wear inserts and with the heel "lip" on the back they work perfectly!! I do like they are wider in the toe are also, for the insert.

These shoes are way too long. I have a few pairs of the Dansko Sam shoes because they fit perfectly. Why there is such a large range of fit within the exact same Dansko size, I don't understand. I can't try a smaller pair because these are the smallest they come in.

The shoes fit perfectly. Due to a Norton's neuroma on my left foot, I need to wear shoes with round toes. These are perfect -- adult Mary Janes -- plus they surprised me by quite stylish on. I now have two pairs of them.

I took a chance and ordered these because I love my Dansko Patti's and wanted some shoes I can wear to work (must be closed toed) in warmer weather. These fit perfectly and were so comfortable straight out of the box. I'm glad I took the chance.

Comfy summer shoes that cover my toes and don’t make my feet look too big. I normally wear a 41 in shoes, but I listened to the reviews and ordered a size down. The 41 fits perfectly. I’m very happy with these shoes.

Loved them right out of the box. Orthotics easily fit too! Other reviews said this shoe ran large, but I ordered my regular size and it fit well.

I knew I would keep these as soon as I put them on. They have two places to adjust them for fit which is great. Really comfortable -- in less than a week I've put quite a few miles on them.
