I love every thing about this bag except the in-line wheels. I've used it on several trips now and lament the loss of spinner wheels for my carry-on. It's the biggest reason I'm looking for a different bag. It has really great features and lots of room and looks nice. The only other feature I would wish for was that the laptop pouch was removable.

This is a well made and well designed bag. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the laptop computer sleeve. It is not very large. My laptop fits but the strap to hold it in is too floppy. If not being used for a laptop, it is large enough to be in the way and it takes up a lot of room. It would be better if it were removable. So I modified the bag to make it not a laptop sleeve and I made it removable. It is now functional as a restraint to keep everything in the bag if I want to use it or I can leave it home.

It's easy to wheel or carry and fits perfectly under seat in a commuter plane. I'd prefer the padded tablet sleeve to be detachable though.

I love this bag for traveling by car or if you planned on stowing it in the overhead. However, it does not fit under all airline seats. I just traveled by plane and had 2 seats that did not accommodate this bag. It would not fit under an aisle seat and also would not fit under a window seat bc of a metal part on the floor that must have been over a wheel or something.

The bag is exactly what I was looking for and it is a good size as a carry-on. I bought it for a trip later in the summer, so I haven't actually used it yet. Would have been 5 stars but the telescope handle doesn't seem as sturdy as other roller bags I own.

Does what it says it does. This is my third one. The handle seems more frail than my others but so far so good. This is a great underseat and city computer bag.

I'm happy with my purchase except for the telescope handle. It goes up easily enough, but does not hold in the first position. Just a minor glich overall.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this bag. The one thing I would improve is to remove one of the compartments to give a larger overall space inside the bag. Not sure why you need to have a separate sleeve for laptop or file folders.

I bought this yesterday at the airport on a 3 hour layover because it's becoming difficult for me to carry a backpack & needed something with wheels. Love the storage but it wouldn't fit under the seat on American. I had a window seat so maybe it would fit under the middle or aisle but very disappointed by this because I always select a window seat & now have to store the bag overhead which defeats the purpose.

Have only used it on a Spirit flight as my "one personal item" & it was permitted, and did fit under the seat. It's worth it to meto have for those flights, but I'll be using it tomorrow on an American flight and hope it does fit under the seat. The one comment I have is I was expecting the charger to be ready to use when I received it, and I guess you have to buy the battery, it's just the wiring that's provided on the bag. (I've bought pocketbooks before that actually have the battery charger included, so I guess I expected a suitcase to have it.) Am I just missing that part? (Don't think to ask until it's too late or the weekend when customer service isn't there.) Cute piece, I do recommend.

Many great features that really make it a nice addition for traveling - whether under the seat or as an overnight bag. Empty it is heavier than I expected. My only reservation is the telescoping handles. They seem flimsy and bow slightly when the bag is packed. I recommend with reservation.

I just got this and have used it twice for overnight visits!
If a smaller version of this same design comes out, I'd be very interested.

This would have been perfect with tuck/zip away backpack straps. I enjoy the option of "hands free" travel in the airport.

It said the handle had two lengths. That's short and REALLY short. I'm 5'8" and it's like pulling a kiddie wagon ... keeps clipping my heels!!! Not sure I can find anything before my trip next week. Darn. It's cute though ... but smaller than I expected. My first Baggallini disappointment.

Too short for my 15" (measured diagonally) laptop. Returning.

I purchased this at regular price & how disappointing it does not fit under the seat. For the cost, it does not have dual wheels either, making it difficult to maneuver. I have own many Baggallini bags & continue to purchase...love all but this one not so much!

This is a nice bag. Really well made. The only problem is the curvy zipper to open and close the main compartment. It does not move well along the curves and takes some maneuvering to get it open and closed. Much as I like the bag this is very irritating so it might go back.

If this bag were 12 inches wide it would fit all under seat sizes. And it needs to be black in my opinion not just gray. make this bag 2 inches smaller.

The bag is ok. Not sure why only 2 wheels but mobility could be better. Front flap design not my favorite.

This bag did NOT fit under the seat on 3 of the 4 flights we were on. Two of the flights were Boeing 777's. Since we already had two carry on bags, we had to check it on two of the flights for an extra baggage fee. It's a nicely made bag with plenty of compartments for organizing things, but I would just as soon send it back.

Bag is nice, but it was a bit tippy when trying to put things into it. Trying a different carry on from baggallini. Love the brand.

This bag did not fit under the aisle seat of a 737. It had to be gate checked when the plane was a CRJ 900.

This is an update to my earlier review. Just got home from my first airplane trip with this bag and here is what I learned. If you have a window seat, the curvature of the plane wall does not readily allow for the bag. If you are flying a 737 700, the narrow space between the rows makes it almost impossible to get the bag under the seat. I like the bag but, for my rip, it spent most of the flights in the over head bin. Recommend with reservation.
P.S. The more you use the handle, the less the pins stay in the holes - be prepared to use the regular handle.
