These are super cheaply made, the mesh layers make a crunchy sound. The mid foot black accent on the tongue prevents the laces from providing extra width. I normally wear a 10.5 E, ordered a 10.5 EE and they weren’t wide enough. Total bummer, the color way and style is spot on.

I'm sad to say I don't use these as intended. I'd rather be hiking in them instead of working in them. I'm a cabinetmaker and need the support of a good hiking shoe. These fit the bill just fine

The look is great. The 2E is not as wide as other 2E. The construction of the shoe is subpar. The mesh at the N ripped on my 2nd day wearing the shoes. Not good. The fresh foam is very comfortable. I wanted to love this shoe cause it looked so good and the foam was so comfortable, but poor material and being too narrow is not what I need.

I bought these shoes because they were white "old school" style shoes. I Do Not Like all the Blues and Neon And Red's as Primary Colors in my shoes and all the "net" tops without some leather or man-made material to break up all the "net" top and side. I can where white and secondary colors with anything BUT am NOT interested in the various colors to wear with Tan or Blue or green khaki pants. I guess I'm a Running Shoe Color Snob.....But I Liked This Shoe Because Of The Looks :)

I normally wear a 14 EE but these were so narrow I had to return them. Strange that size consistency can be a challenge for NB as this isn't the first time I've had this adventure. I really liked the colors and design and wish that yellow was a color used more often.

The shoe fit well, and the foam mid-sole was very soft and springy. Would have felt nice to run in I'm sure from an impact mitigation perspective. However, the shoe material overall was not the greatest quality, and the arch and overall support was surprisingly low, especially for a trail runner. The upper material was decent, but was not especially supportive, it was difficult to lace the shoes up tightly to provide some support without significantly deforming the upper material. For $65, I suppose it could be considered adequate, but certainly not up to the standard that I have grown accustomed to expect from New balance. Feels more like a $40 shoe. Unfortunately for me and my size 17 feet, I will have to go elsewhere for shoe options as Zappos has an abysmal selection of larger sized running shoes. (slightly puzzling, as amazon far has more, and Zappos is an Amazon company. One would think their dedicated shoe affiliate would have similar offerings, but perhaps 3rd party sellers make this expansion of selection easier)

I've been wearing Brooks running shoes and needed something to hike in. Thought a trail running shoe would suffice but didn't want to spend $150 on Brooks. I guess you can't get a comfortable, quality shoe anymore unless you spend over $100. I love the colors on these New Balance, but they look and feel like cheap shoes... wasn't even comfortable to walk in around my house!

Way too narrow, absurd that this was designated 2E width. Whoever oversees this type of thing ought to resign...

My son has a super had foot to fit! Wide and won't stop growing:) These shoes are great. Very comfortable and easy to get on.

I absolutely love these shoes, but as others of have noted, the sizing feels off. I don't have a lot of experience with New Balance shoes, but with other shoes, I'm pretty consistently a size 11 regular width. I had to do a couple returns (easy thanks to Zappos) and go a full size up and get a wide width. Love the style of the shoe (I got Varsity Gold/Black)! And it's super comfortable to wear and walk in. I don't use it for running, but I've been walking my dog and outside in general a lot more than usual (staying home due to the pandemic) and I've put a lot of steps in with these shoes--they're great. The only thing I'd note as a negative is the material on the upper (yellow on my colorway) is different than the tongue material, and it's faded bit more than the tongue's yellow. Not big deal since they've had a lot of use, but something to note.

My husband love it, very comfy sneaker.

These are great. True to size and I use them for golf. Hard to find golf shoes in my size and I can now walk the course comfortably while wearing these.

Fit is what I was expecting from NB They are light weight and super comfortable

This was to be a back-up choice in case my son's first choice of shoe was a dud. First choice was perfect. But so was this. He bought both, and loves them. Not bad for a picky guy.

Great fit, pleasant looking and durable. Been using these on the trails and bicycle, no complaints. They are a little narrow in the tow box so I ordered the wide.

Awesome fit

Great shoes, extremely comfortable—Usually I have to buy an extra pair of insoles for new running shoes but these were a dream right out of the box. Sizing was good. The grip is noticeably better than previous shoes I've had. My only complaint, and this is admittedly pedantic and totally visible in the photos, is that the style is a bit 'busy,' without a sleek sneaker profile. But that's not what they're really trying to be, so not really a fair criticism.

They appear to be decent quality, nice-looking shoes. I liked the look and ordered this "men's" shoe, although even for me as a woman, they were a bit narrow so I had to exchange for the wider size.

For a shoe listed as a 10.5 wide it fits most like a 10 regular.

New Balance are my go-to running sneaker. I need a wide shoe and they have always fit perfectly. These, however, do not feel wide at all. The rear heel in both sneakers cut into the back of my foot. That was resolved with moleskin patches. My feet feel pinched together and I started getting a callous on my big toe from the rubbing after just one time jogging. I will stay with New Balance, but this particular sneaker was a fail for me.
