Have you thought about adding quick lace option on top two or three laces?

First of all I would like to say that I absolutely love Keen shoes. I have been wearing them for years and between my wife and me, there are 4 pair of Keens in the house. That being said, I am disappointed with the San Jose boots that I bought. I have had them for a year and use them for light warehouse work. After having some foot pain I started looking at the soles and found that they have cracked, and not just a little bit. Anyway, it was disappointing, but I will live.

Great product

The only thing missing is a good insole (which all boots miss and have to buy aftermarket). Put a little cushion in the heel and its all good. Its my second pair. Fair price, nice color, nice fit.

I bought them hoping they were as good as advertised for standing on concrete all day, and after wearing them about 10 times I am happy I did. I may eventually have to replace an insole, but so far the boot and current insole seem better for my back at the end of the day than most of my shoes. They are super comfy, and they fit true to size. Bonus, my wife likes them.

I was looking for an alternate to my $ 280. 00 Red Wing Traction Tread Lites. The San Jose 6 boot, unfortunately does not have lace clasps at the top, so you have to miss the last two holes, or have tiny feet to put it on. From the top, it looks like a shoe. I think Ill use them for dress, not work. Good thing about Brick and Mortar. Try it before you buy it.

This boot is my go to footwear. I wear these in the machine shop, to dinner, riding street bikes and everywhere! Im on my second pair and pray that Keen never stops making these.

Good fit. They are what I expected. Laces are too short though.

These are nice boots. The Cincinnati style is a lot better though. More comfortable, less break in time. These hurt the outsides of my ankles because the leather is stiff. They are great looking with jeans and keep my feet warm and dry. After I burn through these I probably wont get another of this style.

Great traction on ice & snow. Very comfortable.

So far so good, I believe the boots would be better if they had speed laces in place of the top two eyelets. They look great, havent tested them in wet conditions so I cant comment on that aspect yet.

Sadly these boots do not make my feet happy. First pair of Keen boots that do not feel good. It"s more my feet than the boots.

Not as light as I taught not true size runs large and they run wide heel rubs just not what I had taught at least for me I come from wearing red wings and these boots made me miss my red wings so probably will be going back but give them a try they just not good fit for me might be for you

These Keen San Jose boots are proving to be good for working around the farm and barn. Good balance, comfy fit.

Fits and feels great!

Good medium duty boot. A little stiff at first, but breaks in quickly. Like that it's all leather. Feels better the longer you have them on. I got a EE width since I wear a heavier sock.

These are very comfortable, lightweight, and fit great. The company touts that they make their shoes "for life". The soles have started to come unglued after less than two years which seems like a short 'life". And since they are glued, they cannot be resoled.

After I wrestled these on I'm not sure I'm taking them off. They had a somewhat thin throat to get into them, sure that will relax, but once on they are really comfortable right out of the box. Hot at first like a new boots but really great. I indicated that they run small below, that is all boots in my experience. I am an 8.5 and always order an 8 in boots of any kind.

Run big

Lightweight, comfortable , wide toe box. After years of trying every brand of work boot(Red Wing, Timberland, Carolina, etc) Ive found my favorite. Buy Keen, you will like them
