We ordered a pair of shoes. They have been delivered to the wrong address, which is wrong on the order. When I have tried to get a credit or replacement pair, Im give excuses why you can not do it. If this is any way you run your business, Ill have to share my experiences with others. Thank you for poor customer service, and making the customer feel like, we have our money, so good luck for nothing.

Both shoes arrived with mold in and on them. These were my first pair of Hey Dudes to myself for Christmas. Not Impressed or Happy. Took weeks to get & zero response from customer support.

Too big and too wide, they did feel ver comfortable when I tried them on.

If I could leave zero stars I would. BE warned!!! IF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR SHOES THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IF THEY ARE AT ALL WORN. IF YOU TRIED THEM ON AN WALKED A STEP. THEY HAVE TO BE PERFECT. I wore them for 12 hrs at the hospital and instantly had blisters every where!! When I had them sent back they double charged me and said I had to pay for shipping on the 2nd shoes also. Do your self a favor and don't buy online. And dear god don't return them. You will pay for it.

It was the crazy messed up shipping. First it took about 2 weeks to receive and when we got them it was a size 11 cheeta print pair. Then had to wait another week to get these.

This is the first time buying from this website and Im very upset. I ordered the cheetah pair size 8s and I received a black pair that was a size 6. Fortunately I have a coworker that liked it and purchased it off me.

I have 3 other pair and these are the most uncomfortable shoes. I was so excited to get them just to be disappointed. Customer service was no help and a little rude.

I heard so many good things about these shoes. Everyone said there were so comfortable. When I received this shoes I was really excited I pulled them out of the bag I tried them on and I was just meh. They were Just like any other pair of shoes actually they weren't even as comfortable as my other shoes.
