Tried to purchase shoes with discount code as advertised. Only option allowed for purchase is through prime. Discount not allowed with prime. Contacted support, no help was told to 'pick another pair'

To wide for me, will give them away to someone who they will fit

A half size to big!!! My fault, ended up hurting my foot but gave them to a friend and they love them!!!!

I didn't like them at all. The size 8 (which is my size) are HUGE, my foot slips right out of them and and were not comfortable for me.

I am very disappointed in these Dudes. They run very small and seem to be cheaply made. I have MANY pairs of Wendy's and these do not even come close to the quality of the rest.

Shipping was avg. packaging was good. This pair of hey dudes are terrible. They wont stay on my feet. Was going to return but site says I can not return. Will not buy from this site again due to not allowing me to return the terrible pair of hey dudes.

Too tight

I was excited about ordering hey dudes, I'm a size and half and I was told that the shoes are true to size, so I order a 8 but it was way to big.

They are too narrow, and I can't exchange or return. I'm stuck with shoes I can't ware.

Received my new Hey Dudes and was very unhappy with this pair. The material is very stiff and the inside has a defect and is extremely uncomfortable on my toes. I tried to do the return and says this item is not eligible for a return. Very disappointing.

Received the wrong size and color

I love theses shoes, I actually ordered a second pair because my first were so worn out. However, as soon as I got them my puppy got to them. I reached out to customer service to see if there would be a way to replace the one damage shoe and got no response. Sincerely disappointed. I understand the damage is not their fault but I am still sad in the lack of response and customer service.

not true to size. sloppy to wear

I cant wear them. I ordered two pair exactly the same size, however the black ones are way too small.

I bought my shoes in May and they already have a hole and it's only July ..

I have sent you 3 emails because these shoes squeak and cannot be worn. I have requested to send them back but no one at Hey Dudes will return an answer to my request. I have bought plenty of Hey Dudes but this will be my last one because customer service with Hey Dudes does not happen. I have been very happy with my past Hey Dudes, but if a company cannot reply to a customers request then I am not going to be a customer.

The threading came out and the shoes were ruined and didnt look right..
