Love this shoe! Having difficulty returning a pair hat was too big. Cannot rate customer service at all! It seems non-existent!

This was my first Hey Dude purchase! I am in love with the shoes! My only complaint, I ordered them online right before Black Friday. They put them on sale for Black Friday, and I emailed them to see if I could get the discount. No answer. I just got a computer generated email back saying they had received my email. Very disappointed they didnt respond.

These shoes are AMAZING!!!! Most shoes are true to size or run a little big. I normally wear a size 9 but size 8 is perfect! I have bought 4 pairs in the last 4 months! Love them!!
