I am amazed the boots were in one piece. Both the shoe box and the shipping box were in pieces; corners were torn open and chunks of both boxes were missing. Will not order direct from the site again.

I loved the look of these boots so much, but was heartbroken when they wouldn't accommodate my crazy high arches! I have 2 pairs of the classic tall, and a pair if the tall buttons, but these had much less give in that area. Had to return for a pair of Bailey bows instead.

I loved this boot so much but it sadly did not fit. My toe hit the end in a 9 and in the 10 my toes were too far away from the front of the boot. I was so disappointed they dont have half sizes, i would have bought at least 5 pairs!

I went by the suggested fit and I am a 7 on the classic. Size up! These don't come in halfback sizes so I'll have to exchange for a size 8. Other than that I really like the zipper detail.

The item was very cute and I really wanted to love them. I was warned that you would have to break in the slimmer boot but I really should have sized up from my classic style size. I wear an 8 in the classic boots but this style I would have needed at least an 8.5 or even a 9. Not only was it beyond tight on my feet (I could barely even get the boot on) but it also was tight in my calves and then awkwardly loose around my narrow ankles. I was also disappointed in the amount of fur on the inside of this boot; there was a noticeable difference between this boot and their classic styles. I expected it to be similar to my classic Uggs but was very disappointed when it arrived. As someone who lives in New England, these boots would not have been functional for walking around the city in the winter.

I loved these boots, they had beautiful material inside and outside of the boot and would've been very comfy but the boots foot part is way too narrow and couldn't even put socks on with the boot.

Very cozy, look great with most outfits but get dirty easily

These boots are nice, but they are too narrow in the mid section for my pretty regular feet.

I wear size 12 and it was perfect but when I tried to zip it up, it won't because the area above my ankle is bigger than the circumference of the designed ankle area of the boot. I did not want to return it, so I gave it to my sister as a Christmas gift. Other than than, it has enough room for thin sock to enjoy this cute cozy boot

Well made, but very tight and narrow. Soooo disappointed, because I loved the look. Returning for a Baily button.

I ordered these boots in my normal Ugg size and they were so snug. I couldn't even zip them at my ankle! If you purchase this style, I would go up a size. They were beautiful boots but I had to send them back.
