I looked everywhere online as well as in stores for XL size dressier socks and could not fine them for my son-in-law. I have purchased Darn Tough socks for myself but dide not think to look for dress socks for men until my daughter mentioned them. I could not believe how beautiful they are with such nice quality! Thank you for making socks he can wear to work in his size!

Needed some new black crew socks for my uniform (airline pilot) and these are perfect. Not quitter socks (ones that fall down) like the old ones I had. Wish I could get our uniform contractor to carry a U.S. made sock, that would rock! Maybe some day.

Love these socks! Perfect weight for office and backcountry in Alaska. Tougher than the Gal who wears them. But not tougher than my dog who nibbles on them:-( She's keeping you in business haha!

Light, warm and comfortable.

I own many pairs of darn tough socks, all with at least some cushioning. I only wore these specific socks a few days before calling to replace them. Im a medium in other darn tough but these mediums, likely due to the lack of cushioning leading to an overall lack of structure, ran big. Pulling them on out the heel past my heel. The lack of ribs on the leg cuff meant it didnt feel like the sock stayed in place like other darn tough. Overall, it honesty felt like an average almost silk sock, not one that I had spent $20some on. The most amazing news: your customer service remains incredible, both the policy and people. I was directed to a better/different pair of work socks via NaomiIll remain a darn tough buyer for the years to come. Have a wonderful Christmas!

Soft, correct thickness for mild weather Good size fit

I recently bought 2 pairs for my brother's birthday. He swears by these socks because of the comfort and durability. After finding out about the lifetime warranty I am buying 2 pairs for my husband who wears through socks regularly. The crew sock should be perfect for him to wear at work with his steel-toe boots.

I was already a fan of midweight Darn Tough socks, but was looking for something to replace the lightweight crew socks I wear in transitional seasons like spring and fall. These fit the bill perfectly. I was tired of buying cheap socks that fell apart within six months. I'm very happy with the fit, thickness, and construction of these. Accidentally put them through the dryer recently, and they seemed to stretch right back out, which is a nice perk.

These socks pick up a lot of animal hair, which is understandable and pretty universal among wool products. They're comfortable, especially compared the other pair I ordered (same socks but with no cushion). However, I noticed that after wearing them around the house, they tend to twist on my feet unlike other (probably more elasticated) socks.

As always, Darn tough delivers quality and amazing fit!
