Can you recommend a sock supplier that Carries XXL socks in colorful options? I recognize that black and brown are colors. Or redo the search/sort to specify weight, size, and color. I get frustrated when you show fun patterns and colors. Then I click to select and YOUR selections reflect the BBG (black brown gray) selections. Come on marketers and customer service staff: show diversity in colors, weight and size. Deeply troubled color choices,

I bought these (in black) to wear with dress shoes. They feel great with patent leather shoes. Very light and breathable. They work well with everything that doesn't require cushioning. I'm a big fan of merino wool. My sock drawer is filled with Darn Tough Socks.

I was looking to upgrade my hiking socks, but was reluctant to spend so much on these, initially. So I only got one pair, and tried a few other S at the same time. These are clearly the best. The best socks Ive ever owned, really. Ultra comfy. Very durable. Warm whenwet

I was given my first pair of DT socks 12+ years ago and they instantly became the go-to socks for me. They feel wonderful on the first wear and years later, still feel better than some other socks do when theyre brand new. These are the first lifestyle/casual socks Ive gotten from DT and I can already tell they will outlast any other sock I have.

Very comfortable & durable

Great lightweight sock. Perfect for my daily office wear from business casual to a suit and tie. They don't stay up as well as my DT hiking socks, but do better than most other 'dress' socks I have, and with thinner socks I expected as much, so not really disappointed.

I bought these and the Standard Crew to compare. I would wear these with my dress shoes, but prefer the added cushion of the the Standard Crew for my everyday wear. Unlike the Standard Crew, which fit my 13.5 feet perfectly, I found the XL to run a bit longer. High quality, feel great. If you prefer a thinner sock (and I do for some applications) these are pretty close to perfect.

Darn tough used to make a version of this sock that was heavier, almost mid weight, and far more versatile. I wish they would bring back the mid weight version of this sock. That sock was a 5 star - it could easily be used as a work/dress sock and a hiking/cycling sock. i wonder if its versatility got it discontinued. You don't have to buy so many different versions of socks if one can do most of what you need.

As always, the warranty replacement process was smooth and wonderful. The sock is comfortable, fits well, and is attractive. I do wonder if it will hold up well; not all of Darn Tough's lifestyle socks have fared well against my particular lifestyle (office job, but house in the country; I walk my dog on gravel roads). But so far, this one has fared well through a couple washes.

Great socks. Really great. I ordered several different pairs and types over the last couple of years and from those, I realized I had a clear favorite. Ordered it again and, no surprise, they changed it since I last ordered two years ago. Still great but I like it less. So I keep ordering trying to find the sock I want. There are so many choices. Two suggestions. 1. Weave in a model number or other identifier so I can figure out what I have when I want to reorder. 2. Offer sample packs: Crew dress socks, or Invisible hikers, whatever. Regardless, love the products and Im a customer for life.

I own multiple pairs of these socks. Light weight offers great feel and very durable. Out lasts all other socks in my drawer. Darn Tough socks will soon be the only socks that I buy and wear.

Good fit, and good looks

I bought 7 pairs of socks all in the same color. I chose Darn tough socks because they have the life time guarantee and they are made of wool so my feet stay warm. I couldn't find just solid color socks for women, so bought the men's socks. They are nice and long so they don't cramp my toes, but they are a bit narrow. I am hoping they will stretch out a bit over time. BTW I always hang them to dry and avoid putting them in the dryer after washing.
