These slippers are so cute but so large. I ordered one size down and they were still too large. I didn't think the next size down would fit so I can't get them. But they are darling!

I am glad I followed the advice of other reviews. I ordered a size smaller than usual and they fit perfectly.

Love these, maybe my third pair. I bought another felt wool slipper made in Italy last year and they simply weren’t as good as the Haflinger. This style with the cork sole has such great support.

I normally wear a size 7 1/2 the size 38 felt huge. I reordered a 37 and they are perfect.

Normally I take a size 39 in Haflinger slippers. This style proved to be too large so I ordered a 38. Perfect fit! For some reason this particular slipper/indoor shoe is definitely on the large size, so keep that in mind when ordering. As always, I am returning the size 39 to Zappos for a full refund, no problem.

I am a size 9/40 and read all the reviews and ordered a size down. The slippers were too small for me. While I could wear them, they were not comfortable with even thin socks on. I feel like my feet are average, not to wide or narrow, I know nothing about my arch and I have no bunions etc. I wear Haflinger slippers, and have for many years, but I needed something with an outdoor sole, and so I tried these. I returned them and bought my true size and I'm happy as can be. I rated them 5 stars because it's the reviews that led me astray, not the slippers. Everyone is different of course, but I thin this is a good example of ordering 2 sizes and returning the size that doesn't work, if your budget allows.

Super comfortable, I originally ordered a size larger based on my typical shoe size but ended up exchanging for a smaller size.

These are great slippers-super comfortable, has arch support but not as much as some of the other Haflinger styles. I had to exchange for a smaller size (typically wear an 8/38 but they were too big).

These were a full size too large. I usually get EU size 38, but I need 37 in these. My daughter, whom they fit, actually offered to buy them off me, so that worked out. I did, however, go back and buy the smaller size.

All good, they just did not fit me.

Needed new slippers; have been wearing Think! Mizzi sandals with socks (Lol) since I need arch support- especially on our tile floors. This was a bit hard for a slipper and it felt large on my foot- size 40. I typically wear a 9 in a sandal and 9.5 in closed toe. Most European shoes I wear 40 or 41. I also ordered the Halflinger Hearts in Rosewood- same size - 40 and they were a perfect fit and seem to hug my foot instead of it sliding around. Arch support is moderate but adequate for my needs a I am somewhat flat footed. I can also wear them with a thin sock if desired but they are warm enough and comfortable without socks and allow my feet to breathe.

These slippers are so cute and well made but sadly they don’t fit. I purchased size 39 and size 40. In the size 39 my third toe hit the end of the slipper but fit in width and in the heel area. The size 40 was too big except my third toe hit the end! I’ve never ever had this happen with shoes or slippers before. My three previous pairs of Haflinger slippers (two different styles) are size 9.

I gave these shoes four stars purely for comfort. Unfortunately they're way way too wide, abnormally so. Even for my wide feet. This brand wasn't always so wide but the last couple pair of these shoes have been too wide. I hope the manufacturer fixes this issue. I don't think I'll buy them again until they do.

Very cute Germanic style clogs but they lack the comfort AKA soft foot bed of similar brand & type clogs. All in all I took off 1 star for lack of comfort. Maybe if you wear them in they might soften but I wasn’t willing to find out. Also if you have a large foot size 10 these make your feet look larger IMO.

I wish these had fit tighter over the top of the foot. I have a low profile foot and these were a little loose on me from the start. I kept them and they have been comfy but I would have been much happier if they came in a narrow or were tighter. They did stretch as the months wore on too. Nice support and style.

I really like these clogs, first time I've bought this brand, but one thing cloud have made them perfect. They are loose above the arch, on the to[p of my foot. I happen to have a low profile foot and this can be a real pain in the shoe Dept. I decided to keep them anyway, because I really like the support and am only wearing them in the house.

I wear a 10M-11M, ordered a 10, too short by a lot -- very uncomfortable. Returned and ordered an 11. Still too short. I thought that since the upper material was wool, it might stretch out eventually, but I felt no give. Very stiff. I have had Hafliner slippers before, liked them a lot, and chose because of good arch support. This time, the support was only a suggestion -- there but not supportive enough. The cork foot bed felt like walking barefoot on hard floor. No give at all. In these at-home days of the virus, I practically live in slippers. so I need some cush. There was none. If you want a shoe that looks like a slipper and get a size big enough to accommodate cushy socks, these are perfect. They are very well made, high quality and super cute. There is a generous toe box, they slip on and off easily, and the back rim is not too high, but keeps the slipper in place. I really wanted to like these but must keep looking.

Feels good. i normally wear size 7. in this Halfinger style i need to go down to a 36!

I wanted to love this shoe, but I just didn't like the lip on the back of the heel. It was too high for me and it kept rubbing the back of the heel. Too bad because I thought they were super cute. I had to return them.

I normally wear a size 7 or a 38 in European sizes. I ordered a 37 and it was huge. I gave them to my daughter who wears a size 8 and they fit. I found a pair locally in a 36 (Zappos was out) and they fit perfectly. We both love the arch support and the comfort of the slipper. Highly recommend, but keep in mind the cork soles are not waterproof.

Had to return first pair which I purchased a size smaller based on reviews. I wear a 37. The 36 was too large and ordered 35, which arrived today. Therefore I had to size down 2 levels from 37 to 35. Happy with the 35. Hopefully they will last and not stretch out, because if slippers do not fit well they are not comfortable to walk in and you feel that your feet are swimming.

I really wanted to love this shoe as much as my other pair of Haflinger's. The only problem was the lip at the back of the shoe. It was a bit too high and wasn't comfortable against my heel. I love the style and the comfort was the same as my current pair. Too bad I had to return them.

I wear an 8 and these fit like an 8.5 or even 9 with no socks. With socks, they still fit loose but not as bad. Cute and with moderate arch support.

I liked the style and they appear well made. I ordered a size smaller than my usual. They are still very big. I really wanted these to work but the footbed is also not comfortable, hard.

So so cute, but there is so much room in the upper shoe that my feet were swimming and I had to work to keep them on my feet. (Length was good) With thick socks they are better, but since i wanted more of a slipper that can be worn with bare feet, I will have to try another brand
