Too narrow, especially in the toe box. Beautiful shoe, high quality...just too tight.

These shoes are super cute, however, I wore them one day to work (where I sit at a desk most of the time) and by mid afternoon I had blisters on both feet! Unfortunately, there is something up with the material inside that makes them super uncomfortable - sadly I will be returning.

These mules are a great staple for fall! They do require a break-in period of one or two wears before they get truly comfy. I am super happy with these!

I had to wear them a few times to break them in, but now that I have, they’re exactly what I’m looking for and the perfect fall shoe!

I am a size 7 and bought size 7 based on several reviews (her and another site) saying that they run small. I cannot even put my foot in! I would probably need a full size larger if I would buy them again. Other than that, I love the style - I've been watching them since last year. They look high quality and durable.

These are great! I love them so much! I’m usually a sneaker kind of girl but I find myself wanting to wear these more!!!

My bone structure is pretty gnarly (bunions and a high arch) but these shoes aren't too terribly hard on my feet. You definitely have to break these in though- the leather upper can be painful, so have band-aids on hand and think about putting gel inserts in them for extra comfort. I'm 5'2, and these shoes are a good height for me. Super cute as well! Color is true to the picture.

I love the heel height and the look of this shoe. I was hoping the leather would be softer, more buttery, due to the price. I was also hoping for a better quality of wood utilized in the heel. I decided to keep them due to the limited options out on the market right now. I've worn them twice and received lots of compliments! I have two tiny blisters but nothing problematic.

Love it so far. Comfy and solid.

I did not wear these a lot (as you can see in the picture the shoe looks like new), so I was shocked when I looked at the sole and I saw that it snapped in two.

Great quality. Very confortable heeled shoes. You can walk on it all day and won’t feel it.

Fits true to size. Soles are a little slippery when first worn.

I was a little worried because one of the reviews said that these run really small. I'd never ordered Madewell shoes so decided to risk it and order my normal size (5) and they fit perfect. This is a cute mule. The heel is not too high and not too low. I've only worn them around the house so they are still a bit stiff but I think it will only take a couple of wears to soften them up. Love the leopard print. Not as utilitarian as a solid color but I think they will be fun! Can't wait to wear them with shorts.

For me this style and color are the quintessential winter shoe. I hate shoes, but especially in winter months I HAVE to wear something enclosed. This color blends well with any pant, and the height is perfect to keep my foot out of water. I had to wait to get them, sold out, but glad I held off. Simple, clean style makes them so versatile, and size is exceptionally great, as I usually have to settle with less comfort. Thanx !

Love this shoe!! I ended up keeping the 6M, which is a half size smaller than I normally wear. I could wear the 6 1/2M but it did not feel as secure on my foot. This is a hot little shoe!!!!

Beautiful, well made shoe. As to fit, everything was wrong. It was like slipping my foot into a tunnel. I returned them to same day they arrived.

This shoe is beautiful. Nice leather, well made, a really solid shoe. But it is too narrow...especially in the toe box.

These shoes are beautiful! Unfortunately had to return. Bought them for my daughter who is size 11 with a narrow foot. Width was fine but her foot hung off the back.

I wanted so much to love these shoes. They are lovely and comfortable however, the leather upper is far too generous for my foot and the shoes slide right off as I walk. Super bummed, will be returning for something not quite as lovely.

These shoes look perfect! Exactly what I wanted, but wearing for the first time to work and it’s been about 2.5 hours and I have like 3-4 blisters ?????. They are so uncomfortable I can’t stand it. Definitely returning.
