I really wanted to comment on the comfort of this sandal, but Zappos has sent me the wrong size not once, but twice. I’m hoping three times is a charm. The shoes are super cute, summer staple that will go with everything.

True to size. I’ve been searching for a flat pair of brown sandals. When my size was out of stock on the Madewell site, I was happy to find them on Zappos as I trust their customer service. Such a cute pair of shoes. They don’t have a lot of arch support but they will go with almost everything.

These sandals are super narrow and they don’t offer wide. Could not get my foot to slide in. I have never needed to order a wide fit.
