This backpack was just what I've been looking for for years: black, leather, large enough with long comfy straps, a simple design, no excess extras like water bottle holders, just right to use everyday in place of a handbag or as a carry-on when traveling. My only reservations are the zippers which are very stiff and the fact that the straps don't have holes to adjust the fit, though neither is a big deal. Very pleased with this first purchase from Zappos. I can now say "Goodbye" to the old backpack I used everyday for 10 years. This one was pricey so I have great expectations for it.
