I really liked this shoe. The arch support and overall support of the footbed was so snug without being tight...felt great! I had a very old pair of Mizunos, which I didn't realize what I had until I destroyed them by throwing them in the washer and dryer. Tried to do my regular 3 mile treadmill run on my New Balance shoes, but they were too squishy. These Mizunos felt great, but the only thing I didn't like were the dark laces of the Arctic Ice/Mood Indigo...made my legs look stubby. Went for the Vapor Blue/White, which were very flattering. I wear a normal size 9 shoe, and the 9.5 Mizunos are perfect. (My last Mizunos lasted over 10 years!)

Initially this shoe rubbed a blister on my right ankle after running 6 miles which really made me sad bc I REALLY liked them and wanted them to work so badly. They otherwise felt great. The fit seemed right so I tapped up for several runs later and whatya know no more rubbing or blisters!! Yay!! So but these shoes but give them a chance to break in before you give up on them. I run many miles a week so these are great for avid runners.

Love the shoes! I normally wear a 9 so I had to order a 9 1/2 in these. Love the way they make my feet feel. I’m on my feet all day but my feet aren’t tired at the end of the day

I’ve worn Mizuno “Wave Prophecy” for a decade. Started out walking uphill on a treadmill, then about a year ago, I gradually amped up to running 5 miles uphill, 6 days a week. This obviously takes the shoe game to a whole new level that requires compression ankle gear, and a running shoe with a highly-cushioned heel and wide toe box. For whatever reason, I’m finding the Wave Prophecy is “bouncy” but not as “cushioned” as the Wave Horizon. Typically, Mizuno runs a half-size small, but since taking up running, I’ve noticed I need a full size bigger these days (I think the design has changed and the toe box is narrower in the last couple years), so I bought these in a 9 and ran today—dream-worthy! While the Wave Horizon 3 is slightly sexier in terms of design and color scheme, the WH 4’s look good enough, feel great, and get the job done!

Had the older version of Wave Horizon 4 and loved them. There have been some substantial upgrades and these are even a better shoe.

I've been running, working out, for over a decade w/ Mizuno Wave technology. I love these shoes. I'm a neutral runner and I've always worn a size 7.5. I ordered these in that same size and have not noticed that they are too small. These fit perfect. I wear a size 7.5 in other shoes.

I have this exact same shoe in a different color. Need a replacement. This shoe does not fit the same in fact it causes plantar fasciitis to the Left foot. Can’t wear. Will return.

Great shoes for those with feet problems. Supportive and comfortable. Would give five stars if they weighed two ounces less. Overall they’re perfect for me.
