Ordered gift boxes for all items (5) of them. Was charged for gift boxes but never recieved. Reached out for support no response i just sent a second attempt a week apart so its not like it was day after day either. Product is as expected. Good product/bad service. its a good thing that it a good product Cause there is no help otherwise

I love this jacket. Light yet warm. Also it's super soft. I love the cut of it as well. Just roomy enough where it doesn't feel tight yet it's also fitted enough to not look oversized.

This is the first North Face product I've owned and I am in love with the jacket. It is super soft, fits great, and keeps me warm. I purchased it in a size small, which is my typical size. I could have gone up to a medium to give myself a little more room, but the small fits fine (it just has a more fitted feel). I definitely recommend this jacket though- it would be a perfect gift for yourself or someone else!

I love the Osito jacket! I have a couple of them they are so soft! I wear them all the time, I also layer it under my winter coat when it's really cold out. I can wear a small or medium, but I prefer the medium.
