I will be usjng this for both running and casual raincoat

I gave it to my youger sister as a present . And she loves it! I'm thinking about buying one for myself in a different color.

I sadly had lost my raincoat in moving back East from San Francisco so I was in the market for a new one. I have had my Northface Denali for YEARS, so I figured I couldn't go wrong, and I was right so far! I LOVE the bright green/mint color, very stylish. The coat is lightweight, definitely not a winter jacket, but did the job during some of our warmer, rainy winter days here in Boston. I went with an XL based on the measurements Northface provided and it is unfortunately a little too big, but nothing that I can't work with. I would just say you should go off your regular size measurements.

This jacket keeps me completely dry and warm, and the color and fit are so flattering - I can't leave my house without getting compliments about it! Would definitely recommend it.

I was having trouble getting a good fit. I am a man - size med-large and the men sizes just were not working for me (too tight on my hips and belly - arms way too long). So I spoke with a very helpful staff member at the North Face store in Grand Rapids and found that a woman's XL fit perfectly! Now I have room in hips and belly with sleeves that are just right length. Thank you for working with me.

This jacket is very versatile and stylish. It is a lightweight rain jacket with a flattering feminine fit so it doesn't fit like a bag. The material on the shoulder portion is very soft, slightly stretchy, and very water resistant so that is a unique and nice feture.

I have had my black venture jacket for 6 years now and it has not let me down. I would strongly recommend this jacket. I have even got a venture jacket for both my parents and they love it too. The jacket is waterproof, attractive and lightweight. It even provides some warmth. I've never put my jacket in the washer because I am afraid of peeling, so I have just wiped it down with a sanitizing cloth. To this day, there are no defects in the jacket.

So far, the rain has stayed out and I feel comfortable in the rain jacket.

I love this jacket!! First off, I love the powder blue color that I chose. It's perfect for rainy days. The jacket is very water resistant and light, but still keeps you warm.

The fabric has more body to it than another north face rain jacket I own therefore less wrinkles. Good travel jacket.

I bought this for my high school daughter for Christmas and she loves it!

I really like the style, fit and functionality of this jacket for rainy/windy days and travel. Not bulky, but big enough that I can fit a base layer and a fleece layer underneath if needed. Have worn it in light rain and kept me dry- I'm confident it will hold up for more intense elements during an upcoming trip to Patagonia also.

I use this jacket as a shell when I am running errands and don't want to wear a bulky jacket. I also use it while running outside. It keeps me warm and dry. It is also very affordable and it will last for a long time. This is my 2nd Venture jacket and I will continue to get new ones.

I ordered one size bigger than I usually wear so can where heaver clothes underneath. Little big but ok

It's light weight and comfortable. Perfect for spring and mild winter weather.

This jacket keeps you dry and fits great. You won't even know it is even there. It's surprising that the jacket fits so well since I am shorter than average and with a larger bust. You can move around really easily in it, which makes it a nice and versatile jacket. I can wear it and forget it's there, especially when it's raining! It is the hug that keeps you dry.

I love all the pockets inside & out. The sleeves are great bc they are adjustable if you wear a longsleeve shirt you don't have to worry about your sleeves rolling up. The hood is adjustable if the wind it high.

This is a rain jacket however I wear it all the time. It's rain resistant, also wind resistant. Very comfortable and trendy to wear as a everyday jacket

Jacket is lightweight and perfect for rainy weather. Not so great for cold as it isn't insulated for the winter, but it's great for the in between seasons.
