I read the not-so-good reviews and bought this sports bar anyway. I am coming from the first generation Victoria's Secret sports bar that was great for the first years (super tight, no bounce), but the bottom band under my breast torn into my skin and left really bad chafing. I read about the 90 day trial so I gave this one a try. First, the bottom band is amazing, no chafing at all and very comfortable. However, I feel like I might have bought too large of a size because where the mesh fabric meets the other fabric there is a seem that rubs on my breasts and has left a little chafing. I am going to try a smaller size to see if it is a better fit and will not bounce as much. Hopefully the exchange policy is not a pain. Current size is 34DD. The reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is the straps do slide while running. I need a super tight bra so the solution is to put safety pins where the straps can not slide and loosen. I had to do this same thing to my old VS bras, so no big deal to me.

I am very short and always need an adjustable strap. This bra is lovely as it has an adjustable strap. It also does not have wires, which is nice. The only downfall to this bra is that the adjustable straps keep slipping.

I really like the Dare Racerback Run Bra. Full coverage and comfortable fit. My only issue with the bra is that the adjustable straps don't stay tight (keep in mind, I'm a 40E), they slip loose throughout my workout. I plan to fix this by sewing the straps in place to the right level of tightness for me. Other than that, this is a very comfortable bra for my workouts.

I received my Dare Racerback Run Bra and immediately took it out for a test run. I ran 5 miles. It was comfortable the entire time. The band stayed put and "the girls" stayed put (I'm a 36C). No need to do a scoop and lift halfway through. Then, to really put it to the test, right after my run I did 2 hours of lawn work. To my surprise, absolutely none, zero chafing. I live where it is hot and humid, and normally I have to change right away after a run because all the sweat causes a painful rash. But not with this one- nothing, no rash, no need to readjust. I washed it and went on another run just to be sure the previous was not a one-off experience. I was not let down. The experience was the same. It was 96 outside with extreme humidity and again after 5 miles--no discomfort or issues. I will order more. Pros - Looks great on--no uniboob, even my teenage daughters approved look - Great support - No rubbing or chaffing - Easy to put on and take off--no dislocating shoulder move to slide over head Cons - Adjustable straps slipped up - Tag was annoying (trimmed it off to fix)

This bra holds me fine while running. However, after 4-5 washings, the straps no longer stay adjusted. They slip and by the end of my run they are too long. If I forget to adjust them before putting the bra on the hardware sometimes twists and I have to take it off to fix it. I have sewn them to the proper length (for now) and hope that will fix the problem.

Very nice bra, decent support for jogging. I'm a 38DD and that size fit well. Just wish the sides were cut higher to minimize back fat

This might have been a great bra except that I was not able to hook it in the back, not due to sizing but just the inability to actually get it clasped. I am usually a 32 D or DD, so the sizing was not an issue. I think it would have been a good snug fit as a sports bra, but was unable to hook. This was also an issue with the Juno bra which this seems to have replaced. Also hard to get off. Same issue for the Juno. So my search continues for a racerback sports bra.

This bra is mostly great, and I recommend it (but not without a couple points of heads-up). -I usually wear a 34DDD/E and after ordering that size, I ended up returning it and ordering a 32F instead, which fits better. I am admittedly on the smaller side of a 34 band, but I think maybe the band runs a little big, especially for a high impact bra. The cup was fine, however. -The straps do not stay put. I tightened them a bit before I went out and noticed a little bit of sliding but didn't think too much of it. When I got back from my run, I discovered that they had loosened just about back to where they started. It wasn't too big of a deal for me, but it might be for someone with a shorter torso. -The construction unfortunately makes having to clasp this behind your back more or less inevitable. I cannot claim competency in this skill (I am a dedicated clasp-in-front-and-rotate kinda gal), so I had kind of a bad time with it. This may or may not be a downside for you depending on if you are capable of doing that yourself or if you have someone who can help you with it. Overall, I would say the level of support I got from this bra (rare for a DDD chest) outweighed the negatives. However, those negatives had a relatively small impact on me, and that may not be true for everyone.

Well made, however the bra runs small.

Overall I should like the fit however the size I have now still feels slightly big and not supportive enough but the size below is very tight. The straps have a little too much give but I still feel comfortable enough

Does not fit as well as past purchased run bras. Rib cage is far too large even though I have purchased the exact same size in the past, the two I bought this time do not fit properly and have a large gap both at front and near hooks. Straps are not great quality. Cup size is good.

It wasn't what I expected. I went to a bra fitting event and liked a bra, ordered one through the store, and ordered one online based on the tag on the one I tried on. This bra is not the one I tried on. Neither is the one that the store ordered for me. It's still a good bra and works well, but it isn't what I thought I was getting (the one I tried on had a "Hook and Ladder" feature on the straps. This one does not. It does fit well.

My OG Moving Comfort bra is pretty old now, so I was excited to get Brooks' version. Two problems: my 34D's bounce too much and the straps loosen throughout my runs (the MC version used Velcro, not sliders). I'll use this bra when I'm on my bike, but I need to find a better racerback bra for running.

It's comfortable, but not very supportive for those with large breasts. I'm normally a 34DD, currently breastfeeding, so need more support (got a 36DD, which fit currently). The straps adjust, but they slide down as you run, which is very frustrating.

When the Juno bra was discontinued, I was forced to explore other bras. This bra was okay...but it's not clear why some design decisions were made. The straps have a traditional sliding adjustment - but this slides during the workout (so your chest ends up dropping lower by the end of the workout.) Also, the design of having the bottom (bodice) portion of the bra with a sweetheart neckline seam and then a separate portion above that means that there is a seam visible when wearing a tank top over the bra. Why the two sections with the seam right across the chest? Padding was fine. I'll keep this bra just so I have enough when my old Junos have to be retired. But I'm now on the hunt for a better Juno replacement. Please, oh please, bring back the Juno.

I'm a 34C and got this one because I enjoyed previous bras I've gotten from Brooks. However, this is definitely not my favorite. They deviated from adjusting the straps with velcro, and the adjusters now slide, so if I'm mid-run or mid-workout, the bra will get less and less supportive as I continue. I need supportive bras when I run, so these were disappointing for that, but they have worked when I've been training on obstacles or with weights.

Support is very good but it would be awesome if it didn't have padding- if I'm a DDD I don't need anything to make me look bigger and I do t want anything to make me hotter!

Good fit, once you can get it hooked on. Getting it hooked on is like trying to put on your own straight jacket though. Make sure your hand strength is up that day.
