I followed the size chart and measured my baby's feet and chose the size according to the length. The shoes were way too big.

Second time it's happened too me.

I have been buying Vans for my kid since she needed shoes. This is the first time her shoes have fallen apart in the first week we bought them. Super disappointed.

I am so bummed out. I ordered this size because it appeared to be "9.5cm" based on the sizing chart, however when they arrived they were SO much smaller than another pair of Vans I have that are 9.0cm. It just doesn't make sense and is very inconsistent. I had to return them because they were basically doll shoes when the sizing chart indicated they should fit my daughter. Very unfortunate. Quality with Vans is great though, you just can't order online and trust the sizing chart.

I expected the flowers to be embroidered as pictured, but unfortunately they are only painted on leaving the shoe to look a bit cheap and not nearly as vibrant as the image. On the plus side, the soles of shoes are unique and look pretty.

Less than a week after receiving these the fabric started to separate from one of the Velcro straps.

I've ordered 2 shoes of 15.5cm.They are of great quality but can you describe me how come those are 15.5cm?Now with these huge shoes my money is wasted

My grandson was so excited to see the shoes glow in the dark as advertised. To our disappointment they do not actually in the dark!

I bought these shoes for my toddler and when I washed them (not in the washing machine) but rather but a bit of soap and scrubbed the dirt off, the pink color completely bled off. Now they're a horrible color. Poor quality

I have barely had these shoes for my 5 yr old a month and a half. They are already falling apart. Seam came undone on the inner sole,Velcro strap broke and hole on toe of shoes.

The velcro strap fell apart in an hour and became useless. I had to return them. Vans will not do an exchange, do I have to mail them back and purchase a new pair. I hope the next pair lasts longer than 1 hour.

Ive had 3 kids that where vans and ive been wearing vans for 30 yeaers-Im a huge fan. Im not happy with the vans i bought my son-the vans are falling apart ont he first day they were worn

I got them with glue stains all over.

Bought my daughters shoes and they haven't even lasted two months! So sad! The whole shoe came off the sole of the shoe! Just completely fell apart! I been buying vans since I was in high school. But I won't be buying again! This disappointments me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible sizing as I used the size guide which recommended a toddler size 7 and I ordered a 5.5 which I feel may be still slightly too large. The shoes, created bilateral heel blisters on my 18 month old daughter that caused bleeding. Wrote an email to customer service and waiting to here back, would like a refund and the correct size shipped, which is toddler size 5.

The shoe sizing chart for babies/toddlers/kids are off, so I had to return in store. They didn't carry this specific pair of shoes, so I bought something else. The quality of the print part wasn't too good, having flakes coming off of the shoe into the box and on my hands. Not worth it even with it being on sale. If I could rate this shoe based on sizing chart provided and quality, I would not recommend.

This is unlike vans. I have ordered from here before but they are asking me to rate a shoe I have yet to get. That was over a month ago. Hopefully they come soon I guess.

My daughter is 5.5 and she was not walking right. It did have some space in the front but it was hurting her on the side of the heel. I don't think this show is made right.
