they have no arch support and they fit wider and larger because that's how they're made to fit! Vivobarefoot is the brand for those that are tired of having their feet be crammed into modern shoes, but aren't extreme enough to join the actual "barefoot" movement. these are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. the minimalist shoe universe doesn't have many cute shoe options for womenso i'm super happy with these. I will actually be purchasing the black pair as well. I don't know why the zappos photo doesn't show the front tie, but they came in tucked to the shoe.

These are so lovely but they were too big. If a smaller size were in stock I would have bought them but my size is not in stock. Do note, these are also not exactly as pictured. Across the front of the shoe are tassles held by a metal toggle. If you look at the Vivobarefoot website and look up this style you will see the correct shoe. Zappos should note that the photos that they have up here are not accurate for what they are shipping!

This is my third pair of Vivobarefoot shoes and I love them. I’ve read other reviews where people have complained about the lack of arch support. NOTE: these are MINIMALIST BAREFOOT shoes, intended to encourage a natural foot splay, movement and connection to the ground. Therefor, they intentionally have a roomy toe box, thin and flexible soles, and no arch support. Years prior, I had started to develop foot issues (minor bunion and plantar fasciitis), partially my fault for years of wearing high heels and cute, but ill-fitted, shoes. I spent entirely too much money on custom orthotics from my podiatrist which did nothing to alleviate my issues. Then I tried Vivobarefoot shoes in combination with Correct Toes. These have helped immensely to alleviate pain and improve my stride. I purchased these leather Ra Slip-Ons specifically to wear to work, but they are equally comfortable to walk, run and hike in! Size: These run big. I have a pair of Vivobarefoot Stealth in 40. These, I had to size down to a 38.

These are great loafers. Very comfortable with a wide toe box and no added heel. Excellent for walking and look excellent!

Love these barefoot loafers. Way more comfortable than other loafers I have. They are very roomy in the toe box, have zero drop, and are very flexible. Very happy with these!

These shoes are so cool but I recommend sizing up if you’re unsure! This particular style being a slip on felt a bit too snug and even though I typically fit a 6, I ended up going with a 7 and found it much more comfortable especially if I am wearing socks.
