Love the boot, but these are not as comfortable as my other zero grande shoes. The sole is hard...no spring or give like my others so I had to buy insoles.

The overall style of the boot is great! But the color of the boot is misrepresented! I ordered the bourbon color and it looks more like chesnunt. I read other reviews stating this flaw and thought it was a one off issue, but this color difference is standard. I returned the boot and ordered the newer version, hopefully the company fixed their issues with the new version. I've been an active Colehaan customer for year's but here lately the company is bringing disappointment!

I have over a dozen Cole Haan shoes in my closet. The comfort, style and durability are some of the reasons I keep purchasing new products. However, the last two pair of shoes have been a disappointment, not because of a lack of attributes previously listed but because the colors did not match what I thought I ordered from the website. This pair is much, much darker and the sole is gray, not white.

Not comfy. Seem cheaply made

The leather was cheap and the sole felt cheap as well. I didn't want to keep them so i sent them back

Too narrow. I suggest getting half an inch size bigger. The quality isnt that good. Color not the same as pictured. Cant return them so they'd probably sit in my closet forever.

The leather looked and felt like plastic, I expected high quality leather from Cole Hann.

They slipped to the point I couldn't wear them.

These shoes look nice however they wear really poorly. I purchased these a few months ago and they started stretching after a few wears, the "leather" is really cheap and it changes color after a few weeks of wear to a dirty grey (I have a black pair). Please avoid these. see photos of 2 months wear.

Fit is too narrow. Bought two different colors. Heel is very tight

sole is made of cheap hard plastic, and leather is cheap quality with cheap stretch material

Not that comfortable - bit let down

Sizing on these boots are too big (at least 1 size bigger) and the color is not accurate. The website show a rich brown color with different shades while the shoes I got was a dull flat dark brown.

the image on the web is different from the real one. the colour is solid whereas on the web it is a lighter and more blurred colour.

Wear to tight doesn't fit to size

these boots feel cheap like plastic.
