These are perfection and exactly what I was looking for. I have a VERY high arch and instep (middle of my foot does not touch the ground when I walk barefoot) and there is enough arch support in these that I can wear all day without pain and fatigue. I have been searching for cute, ankle height booties that I can actually get my foot into for years - due to my high instep and arch I usually cannot slip my foot through the shaft into the actual shoe of the boot. Enter ALDO Naedia. Thanks to the long zipper on the outside of the boot these slipped on with relative ease and were comfortable to wear right out of the box. Construction wise these booties are beautiful and well made, and for the price are a steal. There is slight padding in the shaft and on the sole, which in addition to saving ankles and feet from the pressure of stiff leather, provides enough insulation that you can wear them with thin - or no - socks and not have freezing feet (I live in a mountain climate that is cold and snowy in winter). I usually wear a 7 wide in other shoes that cover the whole foot (like sneakers) and a 6 wide in pumps or ballet flats. Based on other reviews I sized up and went with the 38 w, and while they do feel a touch long, the width is perfect and the top of my foot doesn't feel like it's being crushed. I'm considering buying a second pair just to keep on ice as I know I will be wearing these a ton, and at the point when the do eventually wear out I'm worried they'll no longer be available.

These shoes are just beautiful! I wish I ordered a half size larger and would be perfect.

I love the color. It is a very beautiful boot but it does fit a little small.

Beautiful boots but unfortunately this is not a 2-1/2" heel. The heel is 3-1/8". It was just too high for me for an everyday boot.
