The shoes are so cute and I tried very hard to purchase a pair. I normally wear a 71/2 and that was my first order. Way to big and wide. I reordered a size 7. Again still to wide and I am returning them. I tried to tighten with the laces and while that helped it did not fix the problem. I am sad that I was unable to get a correct fit.

Beautiful shoe, well made and pretty color combination. I wear sebago boat shoes and was excited to see these Bala pair on sale. There is no arch support unlike my liteside boat shoes, also the back of the shoe was rubbing painfully into my ankle. Unfortunately I returned them despite the brilliant sale, if you have a wider foot and are used to ballet flats these might work for you!

Super cute. Well made. So, so small. I am a fairly reliable 7, occasionally 7.5, and I have a narrow heel. Tried the 7s; big toe pushing out the end. Tried the 7.5s, big toe still pushing the end. Can’t try 8s or 8.5 as those sizes are sold out. So sad. Can’t rate comfort since I was unable to try a shoe that fits. The leather was soft and felt nice. It’s flat inside as you’d expect a boat shoe to be, so zero support for long walks.

I love these shoes and knew they'd probably be too small. And they were :-( I wear an 11.5 - 12M. Sebago claims this is an 11.5 but it feels more like a 10.5 - 11. I wish Italian shoes were available in slightly larger sizes. Sigh. So sad.

I have a pair of Sebago Hunter tie loafers that I have worn into the ground. It seems they don't make that style any more so I tried this one out. Very disappointed. Made of cheap materials, no arch support whatsoever and too big at a size 8 which is my normal size. Not worth exchanging for a smaller size. I wish they still made the Hunter tie leather style.
