I have not experienced as many injuries in any other shoe that I did in this one. I have had shin splints, stress fractures, and an injured ankle while running in these shoes. It is not my first experience with brooks shoes, I've been running in the Ghost 12 for 2 years now so I was unpleasantly surprised by these shoes. Would not recommend for those with low arches, this shoe has a very thin sole that cannot fit most arches.

I purchased these
as a Father’s Day gift and love the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, having never had a pair of this brand, the original pair I ordered, in my usual athletic shoe brand, was about a half a size too small and also seemed to run narrow. l ordered a half size larger and in wide width from Zappos and returned the other pair. True to Zappos amazingly fabulous service, the bigger size pair of shoes arrived today and fit perfectly! Comfy, stylish shoes to wear
for running and with casual clothes.

The Ravenna 11 is my third pair of Brooks. I like all my Brooks purchases, but this third pair is the absolute charm. They are a perfect fit, very light, easy on/off, and comfortable all around. True, I use them primarily for walking but for my purposes they suit me to a T. For that reason I even bought a second pair identical to this one to have as backup. I hope they don't start messing with the style and sizing so that I can continue to purchase a reliable shoe!

I've been using Brooks exclusively for the past 25 years now, and specifically Ravenna for the past 4 years.
They are so light and comfortable, and easily last 9 to 12 months with daily use. Not sure why I would ever purchase a different running shoe. They are great for walking as well. Randy Gould
