The shoes are not comfortable and hurts to run in. The design is cute, but cute don't help me run.

I typically wear ghost. I originally ordered my normal size. It was a bit snug so I returned and ordered a half size larger. The larger size was better, but the fit was not comfortable for my foot.

Not happy at all with this sneaker. I have the Launch 5 Marathon sneaker with lobsters all over it (celebrating Boston Marathon) and I thought I was ordering the same model. Clearly, it isn?t the same sneaker at all. Minimal cushioning, arch support, just not as good as the worn out pair I have (actually they are more comfortable than the new pair and not because they are worn, because they still have more support than the new pair!).

Other than the colors being pretty and the price, there's nothing great about this shoe. I ordered my normal Brooks/Launch 8.5, but they felt like a 9 or 9.5. They also felt flat and thin, instead of the usual Launch cushiony spring. Even the outer material feels cheap, so I'm not bothering to figure out what size I'd actually need.

I've been wearing Launches since the 3s. I was so excited that the Rock & Roll ones were back! I'm super disappointed though. My Nanos have more cushioning than these too. They are tighter through the toe box. There isn't any arch support. Definitely try on before you buy. I really wish Brooks would stop trying to reinvent the wheel. The 4s, 5s, 6s were amazing. I'll be sending back my 7s and loading up on the 6s while they are still available.

I've worn this model for the past several pairs of shoes I have purchased. This might be my 6th pair of launch I've had. I've been fitted and was recommended this shoe. The first several pairs I loved! Great shoe! However this most recent shoe and the pair before that I have not been pleased with. My feet have hurt after running. I feel like brooks have made a change in the products they use or something, the quality just doesn't seem as good. There does not seem to be any cushion in the soles like there once was. The sole is very thin and hard. I bought again after not liking my last pair thinking surely it was a lemon because I have loved all my other pairs and was really disappointed when this one was just as bad! I'm going to keep using this current pair because I'm cheap and don't want to spend more money but I'll probably look for a different brand next time :(

Its seems like Brooks shoes are running narrower and these are no exception, even in wide. Seems like other reviews from Brooks shoes mention this, so Brooks its time to revamp your style and remember that people have wide feet, due to obesity or arthritis. Cute shoe but even wide seems like normal width.

The show felt great at first, but quickly felt too narrow, particularly at the top of my foot. They ended up giving me blisters after one run and only felt progressively more uncomfortable/painful. I ended up returning them and am going back to my Nikes.

Ummm it took a while to break in. And even after that it's still uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time. I would not buy these again, nor would I recommend.

I gave this one star only because I loved they way these looked. However, hated the way they felt. The laces have moved since the Launch 6 and rubbed on my foot in a very painful way. After only wearing them twice, my foot was almost bleeding (no lie). I sent them back. A first for me and I have been a big Brooks fan for 15 or more years.

I’m not happy with the style. I have a Launch 5! Cushy heel and great support. New style is too narrow and heal was too rigid.
I'd also recommend:

I returned them immediately. Too narrow. I've been wearing my St Paddy's launch 6's froz last year and they are great, but close to wearing out. I was hoping these classes replace those, but nope, the Launch 7's are really different from the 6's and so uncomfortable. Back they go.

I really liked the look of last year's model. This year's looks like the design has been applied instead of dyed. I returned my pair. I was disappointed.

Disappointed. Why can't you go back to the original and launch 2. The ankle collar is too stiff. And the entire shoe has an overall stiffness to it. Where as it use to be so flexible.

I have the Launch 5 and they provide so much more support and cushion than the Launch 7. The Launch 7 fits lower on the heal which causes less support and for the heal to slide.

I normally love brooks, but these were a big no. I wore them once and immediately returned them. There is almost zero support to the shoe where my feet were actually aching right when I started running. I own prior Launch Brooks (which I love!!) but the Launch 7 is a big no for me sadly.

So bummed by these shoes. I've been a Launch lover for years. My first run in the 5 series felt like I finally found my shoe, the one. I was in LOVE. But my God the midsole in these shoes is just plain awful. I can easily claim these as the most uncomfortable running shoes I have worn. A few miles in and you can feel every single strike in all your lower joints. Do yourself a favor, if you don't want to completely destroy your legs and feet don't buy these shoes.

I don't like to post negative things but....Just ordered the Launch 7 tie-dye soon as they came out. I get an email saying they cannot fill the order but my credit card is processing the payment. I bought and loved the ones so much from last year that I wanted to order another pair but had to wait several months until they came back in stock. Why do they even bother to release something if they don't have the supply. Frustrating.
