I experienced pain on the side of my foot as a result of using these shoes.

Good shoe, but a bit rough around the edges. Literally. The cuff surrounding my ankle would often dig in on runs.

I liked last years model so much more. As soon as I got last years I ordered 2 more pair to use for the SGK 60 mile 3Day walk. They were perfect. I got this years and didn't love them as much. They don't seem to be as wide so my foot feels tighter Still on the hunt for this years 3 day shoes

A whole size larger and there's a reinforcement inside around the toe that rubs and distorts the fit. Love the color and the fabric. But, they have to go back. The 4s were perfect for me.

I'll start with saying the launch 5 was the best. I almost left brooks when trying the launch 6, since the material was not as soft and ran harder. I only bought one pair vs my normal 4 pair order. When the launch 7 came out I said I will try one more time and if it feels like the 6 I am leaving brooks. the 7 comes in colors that are avg so the review starts on a negative note. I ordered 2 pairs to see which was less ugly. After my first run I they feel ok and runs light. They also appear to be a touch wider too like the ghost. Not sure if I like that.

Similar to what you did with the Ravena last year.... you made the shoe and toe box more narrow. I have bought hundreds of pairs of brooks over many years, no exaggeration... the Revena before last and new Launch are the ONLY shoes that I wish were in a wide. Not one to speak for others, but have heard several have the same issue and opinion, ironically for these two models.

Bought these for my husband. He runs 5-10 miles a day alternating with weight lifting. Within a day he had to start bandaging the back of his ankle. They are wide enough, and otherwise comfortable but he's in discomfort. I don't know what it is about Brooks but I had a pair do the same thing to me. We are looking for a solid go to pair. In Alaska we used Merrell for trail but in Dallas it's all concrete and they don't have the support. Oh well I guess it is on to Asics. . .

This shoe has a very rigid heel counter. After a couple of runs, the skin above my heels was blistered and raw from the abrasion. I rotated old shoes into my program, hoping that the problem would go away as I broke the shoes in, but, 3 months and ~40 runs later, every time I try to go 4+ miles, I have to sit out 2-3 days to let my skin heal. I’ve resorted to an elaborate bandage and duct tape routine which helps, but, is an unnecessary added step to my daily run prep.
Only other comment is that the shoes are very stiff in general. I’m not an expert in rubber and cushion material, but, there is a hard-plastic feel to the soles. I prefer limited cushion in my running shoes, but, these shoes have the spring of leather-soled dress shoes. This was a big surprise as a number of the expert reviews played up the high energy of the shoes.

Once again another shoe that's made of a onsie rubber sock. And the soles are squishy and soft when walking and running. Not for me.

The shoes were narrower than the two previous pairs of Brooks I have owned. I wore them three times and developed painful blisters on my heels. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I have been running with the Neuro 2 then the Neuro 3. I loved that shoe and it made me switch from Asics. Now that Brooks in no longer making the Neuro I tried to find a shoe that was as good as the Neuro. I am sorry to say that the feel and run is not a good as it was with the Neuro.

Not very supportive. I find that I keep going back to my GTS 18 ( which are beyond their life span) because my feet don't hit or get as fatigued as with the launch 7.

I've put ~400-500 miles each on the Launch 5 and 6, but this one is the worst of them. The top of the heel is too sharp and it makes my Heel bleed. I still don't have the calluses but even then the launch 5 and 6 were softer on the heel. As for looks I think the Launch 7 is the best looking.

I've owned 2 pairs of Launch and then switched to Pure Flow for a about 5 years. After putting on a little weight I figured I needed something with a little more cushion. These are super stiff and feel nothing like the old launchs did. Feel more like the Ghost which are bulky and stiff.

I have worn many pairs of Brooks over the years and have loved every pair... except this one. I really can't get excited about any part of it. I can go about 6-7 miles in these before my toes hurt and blister and the midsole starts to feel like I'm running on a concrete slab. Run Happy? ...not when I lace these up.

These shoes are terrible. Not sure what it is...maybe too narrow? Brooks has always been my go-to shoe for running. Got these for work bc I work in a hospital and wanted to get a shoe designated for just work. They hurt my feet really bad. Disappointing.

Heel portion is too high, major blisters just breaking them in. Tried 3 different styles of socks. Will definitely stick with my old brand of running shoes. Very disappointed.

Not satisfied at all. One size to big and the other a bit to tight so not sure if I will keep.

These were extremely uncomfortable for me. I just got over shin splints about a month ago and they came back after two runs in these. They seemed very stiff, loose fitting around the ankle, the edges around the ankle tended to dig into my ankles, and the bottoms of the shoes were very slick, making it hard to run in the rain. I felt like my running form changed entirely wearing these. I love running and I am training for a half marathon, but I am certainly not as big of a runner as many people on this site, so perhaps more experienced runners would still like these shoes.

Launch 6 was better. Blisters on my Achilles in less than 20 minutes. Immediate return.

Extremely dissatisfied with this shoe. I have owned several pairs of Brooks and bought these since my previous style was no longer available. The back of the shoe has rubbed a blister on the back of my heal. I am now stuck with a shoe that's a horrible fit. The back of the shoe comes up to high on the heal. Buyer beware!!
