You can tell they have they have the support you want for a stability shoe, but they dont have a lot of cushioning. At least not what I am used to with Brooks.

I really enjoy this shoe, has excellent cushioning and support so when I run I feel comfortable and knees and feet feel good afterward. I am usually a true size 15 shoe and the fit was a hair big but I'd rather that than too tight. If you are looking for a great running shoe that takes stress off knees than this is it, I have a bad knee from my football days and compared to my last shoe this is a winner in relief! If price is an issue don't let that hold you back it's worth it!!

I just got my Bedlam 2's. I had 2 pair of the Bedlam 1's and they were great. I honestly was surprised there were so many changes this year. To the point it is a completely new shoe all together. I like th renewer tongue style and glad to see the partially fixed tongue remains. This is a solid shoe definitely when you need solid arch support. Now off to break them in... I wore 12.5 in the Bedlam 1 and the 12.5 in the Bedlam 2 is the same fit.

I have owned several pairs of the Bedlam shoe. I always approach the newest version of a shoe with much trepidation because they always change a good thing. This shoe feels tighter and smaller and the new lacing formation isn't as comfortable either. Overall it's a good shoe, but not an improvement over the original in my opinion.

Great shoe but you will need taller socks, the heel will rub a sore spot.

Bought this about 7 months ago and they are so uncomfortable; previously I wore the Levitate which are amazing stupid me for trying something new. Not sure if it's the stabilization construction but my heals hurt every time I run. Hate that I spend 150 so now I'm stuck. I figured they needed to get broken in but no, still hurts. Wish I could return but if I can save someone else's feet at least they won't waste their money.

I wear a 9.5D in Brooks' women's shoes, however the Bedlam 2s don't come in wide, and they were the shoes recommended by the shoe finder. I decided to order the men's in an 8, because a men's regular width is a D (women's wide is a D) and the sizing chart said the conversion men's to women's is 1.5 sizes. I was worried that the arch would be too far forward, but these shoes are probably my favorite running shoes, ever! When I first got them, my feet took a little bit of time to adjust (I'd only ever worn neutral shoes before), but they don't cause me any pain, now. In some reviews, people mentioned they weren't for longer runs, and while they aren't as cushy as a shoe like the Glycerin 15s (the Brooks shoe I had before), I ran 6 miles in them one day and it didn't bother me. I was worried at first that the sock-like fit would rub my ankles, but I wear ankle socks with extra padding at the ankle (it's like a tab, to make them easier to pull on) and that sits above the top of the shoe and prevents any rubbing (It's not a ton of padding, so any ankle sock with a little extra fabric at the ankle should do). Do take advantage of the True Blue Guarantee and try them out if you're hesitant! The length and width are great!

Stability and energy return of these shoes have let me jog everyday since COVID-19 began in March. They enable me to average 7 miles everyday, 7 days a week. I can't say enough about how great my legs feel during and after with the added energy return. I have ran through 3 pairs of Bedlam 1s and 3 pairs of Bedlam 2s during this time. I would recommend Bedlam 2s to anyone, especially for the price! Each new pair is like "love at first jog" all over again. Although, I currently upgraded to the Bedlam 3s, in my rotation with Transcend 7s.

Bedlam 2s are great shoes for me. They improved my stance and stability, and let me go farther and recover sooner. They are much better than the "recommended" shoes for me from a competitor. I wouldn't consider them very plush, just a little. Plus: The laces never come undone.

I have had these shoes for approximately 2 weeks. I am 6'1" 230 Pounds, not much of a runner (as in try to run a 2-3 miles a couple times a week) . I work out a lot in the gym but need to pick up my cardio game. I wanted an All around shoe that I can work out in as well as run a couple miles and feel comfortable. These shoes have been exactly what I wanted, lift and run in them great. My only complaint with the shoes is I had very low cut socks on and ran with the shoes the first day I got them. It rubbed the back of my ankle pretty good (Operator Error) I wear them every day now and don't have that issue anymore. (Wear normal socks and started to break the shoes in a bit) Overall outstanding shoes. Fit and look very good

I really like it. I never bought brooks before, and I did their show matching thing on the website. It's not as bouncy or as insulating from the road as I expected, but it really does correct my posture (my toes normally stick out at an angle,) it's very comfortable and responsive, it really is "sock like" in it's feel, and they are nice to look at. I'm not an expert, so the guidance and the fact that it's working great is good for me. I've been running most nights and had them a few weeks.

Absolutely awesome shoes! Best running shoe experience in 50 yearsno pain, soreness, discomfort of any kind, during or after my run. In fact, these shoes return energy and make me run faster than I thought possible. The online fit guide is outstanding.

This makes my 3rd pair of Bedlam's. I love this style and color and the fit. My wife and I enjoy walking around Memphis, TN where we stay.

I'm an overpronater with a recent meniscus repair surgery. These shoes provide great support for 5-mile walks and light treadmill jogging, with just enough cushioning that still lets me feel the ground.

These are flat-out the best shoes I have ever put on my feet! (Though I'm puzzled why you would name a brilliant shoe after a 14th-century insane asylum?)
