I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. Usually I wear a 7 1/2 W, but I wear an 8W in these and they fit well. I remove the footbed and use my own orthotic. I have a tendency to supinate (roll my foot out), and many shoes make this issue worse, but these don't. These are my only athletic shoes, so they get a lot of use. My only issue with appearance is that I wish they came in a plain black and white version - the little green V draws attention to them when I wear them to work to give my feet some extra care. Still, I've had several pairs, and will probably buy another to replace my current ones when it's time.

I wear orthotics with these. Am a true 6.5, but the 7 is perfect with inserts. So far so good, only worn them about 15 miles.

I have flat feet and Brooks sneakers are the only sneakers that I wear. They are true to size and are comfortable.

These shoes fit perfect to size and are just the type of sneaker that my doctor wants me to be wearing. A nice sturdy sole and the color is a nice too.

These are very supportive and comfortable! They were comfortable right out of the box. They accommodate my orthotics easily.

I wear substantial orthotics these shoes can accommodate them and provide good support for about 3 - 4 months of daily wear before they lose stability.

Best shoes ever! I have been having foot issues (neuromas & plantar fasciitis), and these shoes have been a real boon in helping alleviate these issues. I'm back walking 2-4 miles each day without any pain. Great arch support, plenty of room for my wide foot, and cushioned heel. Worth every penny.

Perfect fit! I have been only buying New Balance but these fit even better! Comfortable right out of the box!

This is my favorite shoe and they work wonderfully for me.

I have worn these shoes for years using my own orthotic. They have saved my feet and I walk 3-5 miles a day and do exercise classes in them. I reorder them during the year and fit is consistent.

This is my first time with a Dyad and I love them. I have an issue with my little toe and these shoes have a wide toe box though I purchased a medium with. I purchased the Navy and Beetroot and the Black with teal stripe. Both are very pretty.
