I don't run. Got it on recommendation of the Virginia Mason Sports Health clinic podiatrist in Seattle for my geriatric flat foot and tendon rupture. Very comfortable, built-in orthodic support, light and cool. These will be my everyday shoes. (BTW: Protalus orthodics work great with regular shoes, especially if you have room to double them up)

Lighter than previous Beasts. Seems quality has gone down; however, miles will tell.

Love this shoe. Has the right balance of comfort and support for my feet.

This is the most painful and uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. I tried them at the direction of an orthopedist, but they have only made my condition worse. While the shoes were horrible for me, I most certainly recognize the outstanding customer service of the Brooks team. In particular, I am grateful for the 90 day trial (because I am definitely returning these shoes). Thank you Brooks for recognizing the importance of finding the right fit for each person and allowing this trial.

The Beast 2020 has a sole/white platform that does not hold up after time. The mess top of the shoe, forefoot does not lend support. The heel area folds down when attempting to place your foot in. I have worn Brooks shoes since the Chariot and would appreciate more study on worn shoes to determine materials for a better Brooks product.

only last 6 months tops, too bad. great shoe but bad wear and tear now

I love the support. With my extreme arches and deep pronation the Beast has always been a shoe of choice for me. But something is different with the '20 model. The tongue is not a wide and the edging and stitch digs into the top of my foot and I can't tighten the laces properly because of how uncomfortable and down right painful it is during the work day.

Sub par quality. I've had my shoes for only a few weeks and they're already showing signs of extreme wear and tear - even though I only run three times a week on a treadmill. Not sure if the quality is overall down or if I just got a pair of Lemons. Extremely dissatisfied in these and I've been wearing Brooks for years.

Even shoes that seem to fit, wear out quickly, and I have trouble walking for long periods in them. Then a friend suggested I try Brooks. These are, hands down, the best fitting, most comfortable shoes I've ever had in my life. They're snug without being tight, and fit like a glove. I can walk around in these for hours, and feel NO pain at all.

Awesome shoe (glad you got rid of the "gray shoes"....wore out on the sides).

My feet feel so comfortable while wearing the shoes but when I take off at the door of the home it's like walking on rocks.

I have had previous versions of the Brooks Beast, and this version is pretty good. I do prefer the older style with more substantial front toe box material and protection. The full mesh material top and toe box is my least favorite part of the design of this newer version I also feel the product cost for a new pair of Brooks Beast Shoes is greatly too high also. I do find the function and stability to be great, other than the two negative points aforementioned. I use it for fitnness/cardio walking outdoors

Great shoes. They ate heavy, but they provide plenty of cushion and make for a smooth run!!

You know when you find a pair of shoes you love, and then you go to get a replacement, but they aren't made anymore, and you wish that you bought 2 or 3 pairs initially? You don't need to. The Beast stays the same, and in some respects, gets even better. These are great shoes - I am now on my fourth pair with the Beast 20. And I didn't order them all at the same time.

I don't know if brooks beast 20 decided to go the cheap route but my adrenaline's have more cushioning. This seemed made out of cheap materials so I returned it.

The size was inconsistent with all my other Beast shoes I have used in the past.
