These are the most comfortable Brooks I've ever owned. It's like running on a cloud!!

Didn't disappoint! I always choose the Glycerins for the cushion and my back and knees appreciate it. This color looks fantastic too, by the way.

I am a life-long older runner. I guard my knees! These shoes protect feet, ankles, knees and hips for me. They are comfortable for my stride and pace. I change them out after 300 miles out of caution. I don't wait until my joints complain. I have used Glycerin shoes for years.

Thank goodness! The 17s were horrid, these are PERFECT & similar to the 16s. Just finished my first run in the 18s and they felt great. Other than the horrid colors, please fix this ASAP Brooks so i can buy a 2nd pair!

Best shoes I've run in since my Ghost 10s! Great fit and supportive cushioning. True to size and perfect right out of the box. Looking forward to many more miles of comfy running for my 56 year old feet!

BEST. GLYCERIN. YET!!! Thank you Brooks for adding the extra cushioning through the entire shoe, especially under the ball of the foot. Big upgrade from the 17s. It feels softer but not smoosh in and sink, more responsive, and less flexible but certainly not stiff. And more stable than the 17's. I don't understand the complaints about the colors, Brooks is a quality performing shoe, that's why you buy them. Go buy some Nikes if you want a pretty shoe.

Great shoe right out of the box. Fit well, goo arch support and enough cushion to make it comfortable. Great job Brooks. Give us more bright colors for spring and summer please. Thank you for my happy feet and legs.

These shoes are great! I have tried on dozens of shoes, trying to find the right fit, including the Glycerin 17. The 17 was a little too loose around the heel for me, but the 18's fit perfectly. My heel doesn't slip out at all, and I have just the right amount of room in the toe box. These shoes hug my feet perfectly - not too tight and not too loose. They are super comfortable when it comes to cushioning as well. I am not a runner, but use running shoes primarily for walking long distances on vacations and at theme parks. I know a lot of people are complaining about the colors, but personally, I love the more muted color options the 18's have! I bought the black and white version, and think they look super sleek and modern.

Unlike some other reviewers I love the modern color options and the sleeker look. The fit is great with the flexible top giving more room in length for big toe. This allowed me to go down a size which fits better around the ankle. I also like the cushioning which supports my arch yet feels soft to the ground. Just ordered my second pair!

These are perfect! I've been a fan of the Glycerin for many years except I did not like the 17 because it was too narrow and lacked arch support. I'm so happy that the Glycerin 18 has corrected all that was lacking in the 17.

OK so others are downgrading based on color selection... Personally, before switching exclusively to Brooks, I had issues with plantar fasciitis, stress fractures, posterior tibial tendinitis, and knee pain. Brooks were true to me for marathon and half marathon training. After all the trials I've been through, I wouldn't really mind if these were UPS brown all-over, because they provide excellent support, responsiveness, cushion, fit, mechanics, lightness, everything. That, to me, is a five-star rating.

I loved the Glycerin 15 and these remind me of that! I wasn't a fan of the glycerin 16 or 17, these are a bit more roomy in the toe which I like. They are pretty light with still a lot of cushion, perfect for long runs.

Very nice and comfortable, even better with my aetrex Insoles.

I got these amazing shoes today. I am in love. I am recovering from surgery 2 months ago and I am walking on a cloud . Love these more than the Glycerin 17. Thank you so much Brooks!

These shoes are super comfortable! I should have chosen another color other than white as they dirty up fairly quickly but that's not anyone's issue but my own.
