I've FINALLY found my perfect flats! I've sent back so many shoes over the last month and I decided to splurge on these. They fit perfectly right out of the box, no need to break them in.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Zappos and was a very satisfied customer until now. I was very upset when the shoes I purchased for a gift arrived scuffed and worn. It was obvious that they were used by someone and placed back in the box. This was an expensive purchase and not at all acceptable to resell. I am no longer a loyal customer of Zappos and will purchase shoes elsewhere.

Perfect every time. Third pair. The darker color seems to run a 1/2 size smaller than the lighter colors.

Buttery soft leather that I love! Bought a half size larger (9) since my feet are wide and they were perfect. Searching for black flats and finally decided to splurge. They are comfortable flats to walk in with just enough cushion at the base. No arch support but I have flat feet so I was good with that aspect.

I love these flats. Every couple of years I buy another pair. I don't have wide feet but for some reason flats tend to be too narrow- these are perfect.

These run just a little short — like many TB shoes, I could use an 8.75 size. These are buttery soft and will stretch a bit over time. I could use a little more support, but since they’re “travel” flats, they need to be slim and flexible. I will keep them, but I’m not sure I’ll order any more of the Minnie flats.

The first time I ordered, I ordered my usual 5.5 size. It felt tight and hurt my feet after a few mins. I reordered a size 6 and they are superb. Love how comfortable they are and the royal tan/gold color will match everything.

I have been wearing this style of Tory Burch. I wish that they would still make them in Navy Blue.

Having purchased this brand and style, I already knew to go 1/2 a size larger. After doing that, all was fine.

Love the shoe, comfy but very strange fit! Had to try on and return 3 pairs before I found one that fit. I am usually a size 5 or 5.5 and had to get a 6.5 in these! All the other sizes squeezed my toes and were soooooo tight in the toe box! Size 6.5 fits good but it fits weird/uncomfortable when driving, my toes feel squished in the toe box but the bottom will slip out...Maybe cause it's a tad big (my right feet is bigger than my left)... but it's great when walking... I will try a shoe insert and see if that will make the shoe stay on properly when driving. Dunno if my feet got wider over the years or if the shoe is just narrow, but my normal sizes felt very, very narrow. I can't believe I had to go up a full size! I was determined to find the right size, and thankfully it was easy with Zappos return but it was crazy ordering half a size each time and still having them too small!!!

Run very small. I sized up a half size and I probably should have sized up one size (from a 9 to a 10). The 9.5 is a little snug.

These are comfy for flats and buttery soft. They do run a bit small though. Normally In ballet flats I wear a 7 1/2. After reading reviews I ordered an 8 to be safe. They fit but my toes are at the very end when I walk. I am hoping once I wear them more the leather will stretch. These will never go out of style!

Such cute flats, have had a pink pair that I found at Nord Rack for a couple years and have been holding out on paying full price, but finally gave in! I have a wide foot so even though I’m an 8 in sneakers and sandals, I usually size up to 8.5 in flats, and these I have to size up to a 9 for the perfect fit.

These shoes are dreamy on my feet and look amazing as well!

The shoes looked and felt cheap. Unlike other versions of this shoe. Returned.

Pricey but attactive and comfortable for casual wear.
