Narrow fit, not for people with wide feet. Spike foundation plate provides good support and comfort. I use these for the 400 and 800 meter races.

My son loved the style and comfort. These proved to be about a half size large for him, but he still dropped 2 seconds off his 110m hurdle time vs. running shoes.

I am a HS track runner. I got these shoes and when I ran the mile in them someone stepped on the back of my shoe and it flew right off.
The shoe comes off when stepped on because the heel is not structured well. They feel unstable even when walking in them, and due to their design they are prone to coming off in a race.
If you are looking for racing spikes, this is not the pair to get.
