I never wear athletic shoes or shoes at all. Living in Houston allows me to be a sandal girl all year round. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis of the hip so my doc said to get athletic shoes. ASICS were on his recommended list. I've only been wearing them half a day, but I must say the cushioning is wonderful! I love the style, fit and comfort!

I've owned five pairs of GT's now and love every one of them. Very comfortable with good support. Great colors!

I certainly think that this shoe is one of the best for runners who need pronation in their running shoes. The new GT 2000 8 fits perfect and provides a very good support. In addition, the shoe makes me feel very light - I can definitely recommend the new GT 2000 8 :)

A great show for over pronators! Comfortable and light with all the cushioning and support you need. A little stiff on first wear but they soon softened up. The black and rose gold colour way is really stylish - I'm a huge fan!

Love this shoe! I did find that it did run a little small as I usually order a size 6.5 but after reading the existing reviews decided to order a size 7. This was a good choice, fits perfectly! Shoe has good support and very comfortable to keep you going for the long run! Loooove the color scheme!

Lightweight, supportive, stability running shoes. Easy to run in but stable enough for overpronators. The latest version, the Asics GT-2000 8, is simply more of a good thing.Best stability running shoes for overpronators!

They by far the best running shoes that I've purchased. Not only are they stylish, the are comfortable. I stand and walk a lot at work. So they really help joints. And when I run the absorb the shock.

Runs larger compared to other ASICS. I wore an 8.5 in the GT-2000 7 but needed an 8 in these. Super comfortable and light weight!

Very nice. Decent support, good materials. Good value. These run about a half size small compared to Brooks and the toe box is a bit narrow for me.

Good fit but dont last very long. The heels wear down very quickly any my last pair got holes in the toes after 2 months

Comfy. Need a little breaking in time and are definitely tighter than previous ASICS, but still a great shoe! I am still able to wear 8.5, I just had to loosen the laces more. I wear 8 in almost all other running shoes.

Very comfortable, the only major concern is the tread is already wearing out on the bottom at the ball of the foot

Sizing is just a smidge on the snug side. Find that they are tighter than my Kayano's but I just wear a lighter sock. Also, toe tapers quicker than the Kayano. Went with these because I was finding the Kayano not quite right or over corrective on my right foot. These seem to be more neutral but good on cushioning. I bought 2 pair so I can rotate & hopefully extend wearability. So far, so good & hope they become my go to.

Good, comfortable, and easy to clean shoe. Have not had any problems or complaints so far.

The toe box & overall fit was tighter than the GT-2000-7 which are my favorite tennis shoes EVER. Still excellent quality and service.

Soft and very comfortable trainers. Great to running and indoor gym exercise. Since purchased they are my no 1 shoes to go to!

Great running shoes for regular mid distance running. My only complaint is the back of the shoe can occasionally rub against the back of my heel, so it's important to wear higher socks with these.

Very comfortable but doesn't have as nice appearance as previous GT 2000 7 or previous 2000. Back heel on GT 2000 8 bit bland. But I'm only talking about looks.

Good comfortable and lightweight trainers - my 3rd pair but I do have some issues; feet get wet when running in the rain or through wet grass and top is v thin so toes come through material after a while.
