Size up a half size, and you'll be good. I need a wider toe box and this style fits the bill. They look cute too!

I love these shoes. They are the only narrow athletic shoe that is truly narrow enough. I was told ASICS won’t be making narrows anymore. I hope this isn’t true.

I bought these because ASICS seem to be not manufacturing narrow width anymore. PLEASE don’t stop making narrows. I have been unable to find any sneakers that fit my long narrow foot. Zappos - can you influence these companies to make more shoes in narrow??

There is a lot of structure to this shoe. It is a little stiffer than I'd like, but provides more stability and support than most running shoes. Construction and materials are good, and it's a durable shoe. There are no shiny, plastic-looking, or otherwise cheap materials used on the upper. The mesh upper is breathable and comfortable. I ordered this shoe and the GT 1000. The difference is night and day. This shoe has cushion throughout the shoe, whereas the GT1000 does not. It is much more comfortable for long periods of walking or standing. If you plan to use it solely as a running shoe, there probably isn't that much difference. While there’s a decent amount of room, the shoe does run narrow. I suggest possibly going with a wide and ordering a half size up from your normal running shoes. This is pretty typical of all Asics shoes. I have a medium width, low-volume foot and wear a 7.5M in most street shoes and an 8M in athletic shoes and boots. In Asics, I take an 8.5M and have to loosen the laces considerably on the entire length of the toe-box for the shoes to be comfortable. I was looking for solid black and this shoe did not come in that color. I ordered the black and rose gold, but found it ugly. I returned it and am waiting for Zappos to have the newest version GT 2000-9, which does come in solid black. Hopefully the changes from 2000-8 to 9 will be minimal. I recommend this shoe or the Brooks Adrenaline for a similar feel with even more cushion, but possibly less support.

Really like this shoe - need a half size bigger (but that's usually the way it is with sneakers, right?) I just don't usually have that option with my size foot...so sending back for a half size bigger. They don't look so so big on a size 12.

I wear a much larger athletic shoe than regular shoe. In Nike i wear and 11 and this ASICS 11 fits well. Regular shoe, 9.5.
