Marking sole! Heel draggers beware. Beautiful shoe. Perfect alternative to a lame old loafer. No worrying about my socks showing. Leather is supple and heel is comfortable. No arch support but a comfortable boot none the less. Easy to polish and they slip on easily. Very classy in person.

This should be a good daily boot for someone who wants classic style that’s not boring banker...the round toe is attractive. I was looking for a dress boot and this will be great. The boot slides on easily and the cuff is comfortable on my ankle. The leather seems high quality and supple and I can polish them to maintain the shine. There isn’t much arch support but it does feel like you could wear them all day. Buy this boot if you need a loafer but your not a dress shoe lover. Slips on and won’t get caught on your pant legs. I got a 10.5 wide and it is great. I have wide slim feet and they fit well.

My husband is usually an 8.5 or 9, so I ordered the 8.5 for him. They were pretty big on him. When I re-ordered the 8 they fit with some extra room for his orthodics.

I am normally a 12 in shoes but boots are generally a half size smaller. I first ordered one pair of 12s and one pair of 11.5s; both were too large. 11s fit well.

I went up a half size and have a good fit. Really like the look of these and pretty comfortable

I’ve got a pretty basic foot shape. I measure as an 11.5, but occasionally size up to a 12. After reading the reviews on this boot, I ordered the 11.5, since many suggested sizing down a half size. I just received the boots and tried them on. My heel would does not sit in the the boot properly, and I can not imagine wearing more than 5 minutes. The length feels correct, so I do not think sizing up would help. I gave 2 stars since I love the look, but the fit is absolutely awful. The leather is also very stiff. I love Ben Sherman and own some of the men’s wear, but will not buy their footwear again. This one is being sent back!
