The shoe description says they are wide, but actually they are 4w, way too wide for my feet.

They are so big I could only wear them once. Will eventually donate.

I couldn't use it

If I would have tried these on in a Skechers store, I never would have bought them, but after buying so many online previously and being happy, I didn't hesitate. Not saying don't buy them. Saying be sure to try them on in a store first.

Casual shoe for everyday use.

I have contacted the RETURNS Dept regarding the trainers because 1 day after delivery I noticed stitching was missing. I have yet to hear from them regarding a return / refund...and this was 10 days ago. I can't say I'm impressed.

Emailed them about needing a return email and nobody replied because this shoes were the wrong size so I guess now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that I can't wear

These shoes are being returned. Sides are very uncomfortable and cheap. Have bought shoes before from your company and was satisfied. Very disappointed in your product.

Ccan't comment on the shoe other than appearance. Marked size 13, but easily 2-4 sizes larger. Returned them.

Did not fit

Very uncomfortable feet hurt at the end of the day and it was not due to the size.

Absolutely horrible, not worth the money. Wish I could return.

Shoes were very comfortable. But they had a hole in the toe after only 3 full days of wear. Extremely dissatisfied.

Disappointing. Size was way too big and I wanted to exchange, but could not get any assistance so I returned for full credit. I went to reorder a different size and realized my discount code I used on original order expired. Again, I requested assistance to reinstate code, again.....no assistance.

Frustrated that the shoes where not checked prior to being shipped to me. The inconvenience of having to make time to return the shoes convinced me to go with another brand that could be purchased locally.

Last year I purchased a pair of Skechers sport leather casuals. From the moment I put them they were comfortable. When I purchased the Kyrzik I assumed that they would also be as comfortable. The construction of the shoe forces the foot forward on the memory foam insole. It feels like there are lumps when I walk.

You do not stand behind your product!!!!
