First of all . Thank you Zappos for your oust standing customer service as always. This is for coach : The bag is beautiful. Very classic and sleek looking. But the clasps on both of the different size straps for the purse literally are dollar tree quality. I'm so disappointed with these clasps. I never read any reviews for this purse because I always associated coach with quality and figured there wouldn't be a reason to question the quality of any coach purse. But after receiving it today and looking back on the reviews, there are numerous complaints of these clasps coming undone and the purse falling on the floor. Coach, come on now. These clasps are absolutely NOT THE QUALITY YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE & PAID FOR! I would have kept it for $50.00 top
