I realize that if you live in the northeast, you might think that California and winter don't really belong in the same sentence. Wrong! Today is rainy and chilly in Pasadena and these socks are keeping my feet warm when I'm working on my computer or walking the dog. I gave some socks to my son and daugher in law for Christmas this year. They have a place in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Yosemite National Park where they get lots of snow in the winter. Perfect to wear when taking the boys sledding! I find that although I have other socks, I'm always digging through the drawer to find a pair of Darn Tough ones! They are so bright and whimsical.

Gave the 'Bear Town' to my 18 YO daughter for Christmas this year and I'm (almost) embarrassed to comment that she has yet to take them off it's now Jan. 3rd. Going back to college tomorrow. I'll try to wrestle them off her to wash them before they both leave, but I don't have high hopes. Good thing they're Darn Tough, which means they can withstand anything, even a teenager's undying devotion!

Comfortable fit (for me). Warmth & cushioning is soft underfoot is great. I machine wash inside out & air dry. Love the bears little claws!
