Definitely size down. I like a little room so I sized half a size down but you could definitely size down 1 whole size. That being said, these shoes are soooo comfy and super cute. I have gotten many compliments.

I have had three different styles of Zerogrand sneakers and have loved them all. But, this was disappointing. It is not a lace-up shoe! It is a slip on. It has laces that are on top of the elastic section that allows it to be a slip on, but you can't adjust the shoe like you can for a lace up. And the front of the shoe comes up so high on my foot that it cuts into the front of my ankle. It's a really cute shoe, but not good for me at all.

I wear a 9.5 size medium width. This shoe was uncomfortably narrow through the instep and had no arch support. It might be just right for someone who has a narrow foot.

Unfortunately I am returning these as they run a whole size larger. Will probably try 7.5 and hope they work

These shoes run at least 1/2 size bigger. Otherwise, super light, will made and comfortable. I did get a size smaller and I love them.

Agree with other reviews that say these run big. I am closer to a size 8 and the size 7.5 fits perfectly with slightly thicker socks. Have worn these several times already and they're cute and comfy and so far, durable. Suggest spraying them with a suede protector. Highly recommend!

Normally wear a size 9.5 in most shoes, Cole Haan Grand series have always worn a size nine. Ordered these in a 9. They didn't disappoint. Very comfortable. Adoreable. Can be worn with dress pants or jeans.

They look ok but they're not comfortable. No arch support. Not ideal for walking long distances.
