I live in northwestern Ontario and walk to and from work every day. I bought these boots as I rather liked the style, but quickly found out that while they're fantastic at being waterproof, they're NOT fantastic at handling even the slightest bit of ice. Snow? No problem. Ice? No chance. You're going to find yourself flat on your back looking up at the sky in a heartbeat. I nearly broke my arm the first time I slipped and fell while wearing these boots. Not impressed. Also, after only six months, the left boot developed a crack along the vamp and some of the upper fell away, although the waterproof layer was thankfully not compromised. Overall, not thrilled with the quality for the price paid, and no...I will not be buying a new pair of these boots ever again.

Not good to wear for work if you walk alot

I can't recommend these boots only because of the "Slip Resistant" stamped on the bottom of the boot. It simply is not true. On a simple tile floor, freshly mopped... I could basically skate across it in these. The slightest moisture will cause you to slide. I hoped for better here as I do love my Skechers.

I actually returned these about a week ago because they did not live up to the comfort of my other Sketchers shoes. I am still waiting to hear when I can expect my E Gift card so I can purchase a different pair of boots or shoes.

Great style and excellent comfortable. I bought these in October of 2019 and they have been great up until recently. The left shoe bottom sole completed separated itself about 6" from the tip of the boot until midway through. I had to superglue all along the rubber sole of the boot to continue using because it was a serious tripping hazard. Skechers needs to work on the quality of their work boot!

bruised my feet and I had the correct size. The tongue of the shoe is stitched so no flexibility inside. The hole for the laces the metal piece sits inside right on my feet and hurts had to take them off while working.not good for a mail man

i use the shoes for work and it's a slip-resistant shoe

Bottoms wore out very fast

The boots were exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. However upon receipt of first pair size 10.5 there was a misalignment of the sole to the foot and into the upper causing my ankle to bend inward in the left boot. Had to return and ordered 2nd pair. Same problem. Had to return. Perhaps this is why they were on sale? Waiting on refunds. Glad for free return postage.

Don't waste your time.

When I received the shoes at 1st glazed they look as if they was going to be everything I saw in the reviews. Unlike other Sketchers I own the shoes was unbearable to walk in. What made the final draw to send them back was when at work I nearly slipped when walking over a damp not wet but drying floor. The shoes provided 0 slip resistance. In my line of business shoes like that is a No.

Should've realized that in the past these boots weren't and still aren't worth a penny.. My mistake was simply being in a hurry to get a pair of boots for cold weather, winter.

These boots are not slip-resistant. I bought them trustingly because the label said they were. They're slippery and very dangerous to work in. Will they be held responsible if I fall? It's very unfair to advertise something the boots can't deliver. Dont buy it if you need it for work.

Not comfortable

I do not recommend these boots at all. After only two months of use working as a delivery driver, they started to peel, the top layer came off, and they separated from the sole. I have used other models from this brand before and had a very good experience, but with this model it was a very bad experience.

Shoes are terrible. I've bought them for restaurant work. "Slip-resistant outsole"?! More like "gonna slip and die." I might as consider any surface with liquid on it a slip-and-slide because that's what happens. I've used them 3 times in an 8-day period, and they do nothing to help me. I will be seeking a return. I need non-slips for work and these are the worst pair I've purchased.

The material where the tongue folds in is stiff and will rub your ankles raw after 8 hour work shift. Clearly designed by someone who never had to wear boots for work.

I bought this boot for work. Looking for comfort and durability. Comfort was there durability not so much. Lasted a month. Need to purchase a new boot.

comfort, wears out way to fast separates from toe.I think they are doing this on purpose.Will never buy again.Somebody needs to give them some good glue

I work in EMS and thought these would help be more comfortable. They were at first, but quickly declined. Wore less than a year and the sole is separating. Initially, they were nice, but didn't last long.

I couldn't use this product at all. I ordered a wide width boot, and it was so narrow that it hurt my foot without even lacing it up! I put it on, and had to take it off right away, I never even got to trying to stand up with the boot on. It was that narrow!
