Beautiful necklace but way too short. I'm average size/height but it fits almost like a choker on me. Super disappointed

I received this as a gift from my brother and sister-in-law. I've had MANY compliments on this necklace. I love it myself as well! But it got 3 stars because I don't understand how the adjustable clasp works. Mine either doesn't work or I'm just not using it right! I'd love to give 5 stars, but can't until I figure out how to use the clasp!! Someone please help haha. Thanks!

I like the necklace very well but am disappointed in the pearl. It just doesn't look like a fresh water pearl, too smooth, and nothing like the picture. I realize there's no two alike but this one just looks like a regular, elongated pearl. I've ordered several items from you before but this is the first time I'm a little disappointed.

When the necklace arrived, it came broken so I had to request it be replaced. While the replacement was processed quickly, I'm now afraid the pearl will snap off and break easily again. Also, the circumference of the necklace is pretty small unless you've got a very thin neck.

It's very pretty but came with a knot in the chain.

I bought this necklace several months ago. I loved the look on a store associate so I was very excited. I wanted to layer my jewelry but when you wear this necklace as a choker or shorter than your other necklaces, the chain is too long. It twists around the necklace and shows in the front. Or it twists around your other necklaces or in your hair, which is a disaster. I can't stand it.

Not as bad as the matching bracelet, but still kind of ugly. I had to return this.

This arrived with visible glue around the pearl and the bar. Looks cheap and not at all worth the money. I returned it immediately.

The chain on this necklace is much too short and wears like a choker. I was disappointed in this, as I liked the style. I was also put off a little by the incredibly bright, white-silver metal. I like silver-plated jewelry to look like real silver. This looked fake.

The pearl/bar is really small. It would be great for a child but looks odd layered with other pieces due to its size and seems to get lost on its own for the same reason.

The product is not what I expected and I am returning it. It looks like yellow glue or something on both sides of the pearl where it connects to the metal bar. It looks fake and not well made. I have other Kendra Scott pieces I love, so this came as a surprise. Really bummed I had to find a replacement gift for my sister.

I bought this necklace for myself during my birthday month, I absolutely love the look of all the new pearl jewelry. However, on the first day I wore it, the clasp on the lobster clasp broke. I have purchased many products from Kendra Scott for my daughter and myself and this was one of my favorites, I can't believe it broke after putting it on for the first time. Hoping I can exchange it for another one.
