a super comfortable, everyday running style sneaker. Definitely wouldnt recommend for running but its slider wider foot space on the upper provides decent stability for work outs.

I love this shoe really great for training in gym. This shoe feels really good just for an e everyday shoe. I would only not recommend for too much latteral workouts as the shoe is like a slip on with laces when moving side to side it seems as the shoe tends to want to come of.

I'd like different color waves but they offer pretty solid support. They're definitely worth the price!
