The fit and durability have been great. Reasonably comfortable to squat in but great for cross training.

not the most comfortable if you use it outside of training however it's a great shoe for any training needs.

Shoes are a comfy, breathable training shoe, but I would not recommend for a day of long walking as the sole is pretty flat and it feels like its slightly elevated at heal area to help with stability while training
