Great feel and traction

Very comfortable, no break in needed. Love these.

These boots are very comfortable and able to go hike without having to break them in like many boots do. Great support in the ankles. My only problem with them is one of the hooks broke and I only have had them for a little over a year.

Merell's do tend to fit slightly roomy, this slipped in the heel. Also wasn't a huge fan of this shoe in real life, the design does not look as good. But love my old merrell's, so will try to replace them with another merrell shoe

Awesome shoe overall. Can't give much info on the shoe since O having a Aiken it out on a long journey as yet, however I'll give it a 4/5 for comfort, the high sole insert close by the ankle makes it a little awkward in feel however with disregard to that small aspect it was a great buy overall, design is great and material feels solid.

I found this shoe to be comfortable overall. I didn't give 5 stars because the right shoe's arch could have fit better, but was not so bothersome that it created discomfort when walking. I just wish it fit like the arch in the left shoe. I liked how lightweight they felt on my feet. Perfect for general walking and if I went hiking they would be fine for that activity too.

I find these comfortable to walk and hike in. Not walking on the golf course after heavy rain There is leaking inside. I find my socks are damp when I get home.

They are dark dark grey with very dark bluish purple accents. The heel is much bigger than the toe. Narrower in the toe and tons of room in the heel. The length is true to size but if you have a wide toe area and a narrow heel these won't work for you. The tread is great though!

Toe bed not as wide or comfortable as other Merrells. Very stiff, which was not what I was looking for for everyday hikes. Ended up returning and getting another brand of boots that were very lightweight for daily hikes.

Shoes are very comfortable, even for my wide feet. Waterproofing is not great. Once I step in water that goes above the rubber soles, it just seeps in and then I have to deal with wet feet. Don't know if the seals/seams are busted or if they're only good for a couple of outings, but the waterproofing just didn't last. It's a good boot, but don't buy if you're looking specifically for waterproof.

After wearing the Moab style for several years I decided to go with the the waterproof Yokota. Thinking I knew my size wearing, and loving, the Moab's all these years, I went ahead and ordered my regular 5.5 but unfortunately the waterproof padding made the toe area too tight. I thought it will loosen up over time but that has not happened. Yes, the boots are waterproof but I recommend to buy a half size up to avoid bruising of your toes like it happened to me.

I love Merrell shoes I wear them daily and was really sad when I wore them them yesterday in a light misty kind of day walking in tall grass I can home with wet feet. So these are not waterproof as stated.

i bought these because i needed waterproof hikers. loved other merrell shoes i've owned. yesterday after 15 minutes hiking in some wet conditions my feet got soaked. shoes have been worn maybe a dozen times so not enough use to have waterproofing disappear.
