Arrived right on time for our Baja Hike. Good looking, light weight and rugged footwear.

Shoes are very comfortable right out of the box. Didn't have to break them in like others.

I purchased my shoes online thinking that I might have to send them back. I received them on a Friday, tried them on and they fit very well. I needed a comfortable pair of shoes to wear to a four day event that required walking around 20,000 steps a day. I have attended this event several times and always ended up with blisters and sore feet. The Merriell's were so comfortable and kept my feet from getting blisters and no more sore feet. Far exceeded my expectations!

I usually wear the Moab, salesperson time me try the Yakota. Glad I did, just ordered my second pair!

Always trusted Merrill for my hiking boots. This walking/hiking shoe is all I could expect. Works great even on paved trails. Although I do try to avoid those.

I put these shoes on yesterday to break them in before heading to the trails. That was a waste of time as these shoes are extremely comfortable right out of the box. Fit is perfect, vents well, and cradles my feet. Can't wait to get them dirty. I wear the Jungle Moc everyday, all day, for work and needed a more aggressive tread that will keep my feet comfortable on the trail. These Yokota shoes are exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again for making such a perfect shoe.

This new pair replaced the previous pair (different color this time). My previous pair walked all over Rome, Pompeii, Barcelona, southern France, and cinco terra. I continued to wear them for a year and a half after our return. Now, I bought the same shoes, again. So yes, I love them and strongly recommend them to those who need a comfortable pair of warm weather hikers.

Is a great vented shoe and very confortable

I bought these for my husband who has several foot issues. He put them on and loved them immediately, he says they are very comfortable and he is very pleased with this purchase.

This hiking shoe is light and stable. The wide fit is wide without being sloppy through the middle part of the shoe. The insole is substantial enough that there is space to replace it with an orthotic and still maintain and great heel pocket. I wore them right out of the box with no break in period required. As per other reviews I ordered a 7.5 instead of a 7 and they fit perfectly. Very happy feet.

Solid basic hiking shoe, put plenty of miles on with no break in required.

Wide width has made me a fan of Merrell once again. Tread is aggressive enough that I tend to wear these mostly for "trail" environment. Good in snow moderate snow as well.

Very comfortable shoe. The only thing I noticed with this pair of Merrells (and I've worn Merrell for years) is the sole seems stiffer than usual. Doesn't affect the fit but is noisy when walking on a hard surface.

I have owned a pair of these shoes for two years and I really like them around town. Super comfortable to walk in. Only gave it a four-star rating because they do poorly on sharper rocks and rough terrain. Overall, would definitely purchase again.

These are well constructed shoes. They are not as wide as I would like, but they will do. I read somewhere before that Merrell shoes run narrower than competitor brands.

Size is true, typical Merrell comfort.

Found them very comfortable and easy to wear.They are good value and right for my work.

The color and material was awesome but this pair was full size smaller. I wear a size 10.5 and this pair were too small. I have them to my brother who wears a 9.5 and they fit him perfectly. I am waiting for the size 11.5 to become available so I can order.

I bought these to wear to work, I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day this time of year and these are great
