This bag looks cool and I get a lot of compliments. Unfortunately in terms of functionality it fails as both a backpack and a tote. The strap that switches from both backpack straps and one tote handle slides around too much when it's used as a backpack and gets stretched by the weight of the bag when it's used as a tote. Good idea in theory, poor execution, frustrating to use.

Very sturdy; happy with quality. Good laptop sleeve and pockets for glasses, ID, headphones etc. Room for powercord, small umbrella and do-dad bag. Handles are versatile and easy to use; back pack a little clunky but functional. I needed a reasonably sized bag for commute but yet easily totable around the office.

I want to love this bag!! It looks great and is super durable. My problems are with the capacity it says it can carry and reality. And also, when I reach around to my bag i want to be able to grab certain key items for myself and not only can I not do this with this bag, to do it at all is very cumbersome as I have to take off the back pack and then deal with the fact that when it is supposed to turn into a tote? The straps don't line up at all. Like ..at all. So I am left dealing with a bag that wants to dump my items out instead of a bag that does what it is supposed to do. Surprisingly unhappy with this purchase.

I like the look Of this pack and was drawn to it for the convertible straps. However the handles are too short to sling over your shoulder especially with a jacket and the backpack straps don’t have a great design and slip around. A disappointment overall.

Worst backpack ever - straps move constantly, takes forever to get it on straight. Things fall out of the top, impossible to close.
