I ordered these in 3 sizes because I've never tried this brand on before. I ordered my usual shoe size of 8, but I often wear size 9 in a snow boot b/c of thicker socks or an extra pair of socks that I tend to wear in winter. The 8 was snug with a pair of snowboard boot socks on, and the 8.5 felt better. The size 9 would probably have worked but a little bit roomy. Not all brands even do the half size so this was nice to get that "baby bear" fit of "just right." I won't be wearing these for a couple months until we get actual snow here in Chicago, or the really cold temps. For now, they seem comfy walking around my apartment, and I love the look of the gray/black Pendleton design.

OMG! Perfect! I have these on right now in Tromsø, Norway and my feet are completely dry and warm! Even my daughter’s Joan or Arctic Sorels have sadly not kept her completely warm! Adorable and really comfortable too! Just order them!

The ZIPPER doesn't go quite far enough down the ankle, making it hard to get on & off for my foot. So I regretfully returned them. Otherwise nice & warm for the leg, fun style. Very comfortable once my foot was in them. But the on-off struggle was unfortunately a deal breaker for me.

I love these boots and am so happy I ordered them. I normally wear a size 7w and ordered the 7.5, which fit perfectly. They fit great even though not wide. They zip up and down easy, get on off easy. Great style, I don't wait for bad weather to wear these. I wear them with jeans and leggings just b/c it's cold out. I have wide calves too and they these accomodate and look great.

The fit on these boots are perfect and I love the look and style. Looking forward to wearing them in the snow!!!

I'm typically a size 9 in most shoes and I have rather narrow-ish feet. As others noted, the zipper starts high, so it is tough to insert the foot in - it's possible but over time either the boot will stretch or the zipper might compromise. Once the foot is in, to me the boot at size 9 felt a bit too snug with a thin sock and uncomfortable with a thick sock. It might stretch, but since it is not leather, I'm not sure if it would. The other thing to note is that if you live in a place with at times high snow: the actual "bucket" of the boot is at 10" (shaft is at 14"). I wish the boot was in a bucket all the way to the top (bucket being the continuous enclosure except at the zipper). The two sides that get laced are sort of floppy above the "bucket" -- they will be laced at your desired snugness, but the snow/moisture can slip through potentially above 10". Overall I still like them and the boots feel very cozy, but returning size 9 and still debating if I want to get the 9.5 size.

Unable to comment on size/fit. My rating numbers are therefore meaningless These boots have a zipper on the inside leg, but it only goes to the top of the boot leather: I was unable to get my foot in to the boot, as I have a high arch. The Baffin boots zipped further down, which is good.

I just wore these boots to a five hour outdoor party with temps in the low 30s. I was literally the only one not complaining about cold toes by the end of the night. I was also standing the entire time and they were very comfortable. I'm usually either a 7.5 or an 8, and the 8 fit me perfectly. Definitely snug getting on but comfy once I got my foot in. I do have pretty slim feet and calves. Warmest and most comfortable winter boots I've owned!

I had to buy 1/2 size larger but once I did they fit perfectly. Keeping these :)

So cute, but you have to have very thin calves.

Great looking and warn boots, but I couldn't get my foot in and I have narrow feet. I will order a larger size.

I ordered a half size larger than my usual and am glad I did. I think these run a little short. I replaced the rope laces with other laces as the original laces are just too big making it more difficult to pull jeans over the boots. They are super cute and warm.

I should have listened to other reviewers and ordered up - I could barely get my feet inside even with thin socks and unlacing the laces. Once they were in, the boots still felt cramped in width. Sad because I love their fugly style and they seemed warm.

First time I’ve purchased this brand. Liked the look of the boot a lot, but my toes hit the front of the boot. Next size up may have worked? It’s difficult to be a size 10.5. I do feel these are worth a try:) Love love love Zappos!!

Fit overall not terrible if you wear a really thick wool sock. The over all boot is just too bulky for apres. This should be listed as a deep winter snow / freeze boot. The laces are awkwardly big and bulky but would probably be a great boot for Alaska?

These are a joke. They aren’t actual winter boots. They’ve got almost no insulation. Don’t buy these unless you are looking for fashion boots good for only to from car.

It was narrow and hard to get my foot in bc of where the side zipper stopped. Top straps were cute but bottom wasn’t very stylish. Sent back.

Disappointing fit two times. Great looking boots but don't fit!!!
