I had to order one size up with this style. I wear a 6, was way too tight. Went to a 6.5, was tight but fit with no socks. So I ordered a 7, and fit well. I recommend order a size up with this style. I work in a veterinary clinic and need shoes that can withstand standing for long periods of time, hair, and urine / vomit, plus hide dirt. So far these are working out very well.

I normally wear a 7M, but first ordered these in a size 7 1/2 and had to return them. I ordered the 7M and they feel like they were made for my feet. The arch support is sufficient enough that I don't have to take out the insole to put in my own insoles. The comfort level is excellent. I just wish they came in more colors, like navy or gray! I would recommend this shoe to anyone who is on their feet a lot.

Looks nice, fits well (true to size) and has nice support. Easy on and off (purchased for use after upcoming spinal fusion surgery).

These accommodate my orthotics very well and keep my feet stable as I walk. Very comfortable. Would purchase again in a variety of colors if that were possible.

The shoe was very heavy and gave me blisters on my heel so I was forced to return them.

These shoes are super comfortable! Great support- cradles my foot comfortably with cushioning and support in the arches. I have had no issues with sizing. I am a medium size 8 and they fit perfectly. (I did not have to go a size up or down) They are very light weight. They are good looking and suitable for work. The black leather upper and sole materials are neat and good workmanship. Can’t write anything further now because time will tell on the wear and tear of the shoe. Overall I am very pleased putting these new shoes on my feet. I had made two purchases- Nursemates shoe and another manufacturer’s shoe- I returned the other manufacturer’s shoe. Zappos Picked issued a ticket for UPS to pick up the returned item from my home at no cost to me the very next day. I’m very pleased with Zappos!

So comfy! I bought them to help ease my planter fasciitis and they do. Usually wear Dansko which are great but a little pricey so these are a nice alternative.

I ordered my normal 6.5 size and could barely get them on. Way too small. I returned them.

I wore these shoes almost every day for a whole year- I spent a lot of time on my feet at work and my feet NEVER hurt! I will be rebuying these for the rest of my career. They are water resistant for the most part- they can be difficult to clean as the black comes off. Overall I am very happy with these

Fits good!! Feels like needs to be worn in a little bit but there is great arch support.

Shoe breaking in in progress. Shoe is tight fitting probably due to the alignment of foot in shoe. Rubs a little on heel. A little tight across bunion area. Otherwise good.

Fit perfectly, a little squeaky on the floors at first, but got better. Very good arch support - moderate, not too high. Nice bouncy cushion throughout the shoe for standing all day. Not the cutest shoe. Excellent for work, but not going out.

I was a little disappointed when I opened the box. The style wasn't as good as pictured. I got the gray floral and they felt a little bit small. The 9 felt like an 81/2. I always wear size 9. they weren't that comfortable on my foot as I wanted so I returned them. as usual zappos is great with returns. might work for someone else.

They look slightly clunky but are extremely light. I have problems with my feet and have had foot surgery in the past so finding the right fit is not always easy. The 6 ½ wide fit me perfectly and were comfortable from the moment I put them on.

These are lovely and supportive! I wish they were a bit wider, as I have wide feet, but other than that I like them.

I have never gotten a pair of shoes that were more comfortable right out of the box. Excellent support and stability.

I usually wear an 8. I had to return it for an 8.5 which fit perfectly and is super comfortable. Love wearing them as a server.

These shoes support your ankle foot and arch from pronation and supplication. I love it. Better than my fancy running shoes I was wearing to work before. They do not breath as well but so far moisture wicking socks helps with this. Great fit, not too tight and not too loose. Great grip! No slipping on hospital floors. And I love the materials...they don't feel fake ...seem durable. Very excited for these shoes. Can't wait to see how they hold up over the year. I had a pair of Brooks I was wearing before this for a few months but it was not helping support the pronation very well...not as great as this new pair of shoes do.

I had ordered a Wide, so I had assumed it would feel wider, but I was wrong. These felt narrower than expected, but after wearing these to school for a night & they seemed to be broken in the next day. Very comfortable! Snug, but comfortable!

By far the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet.

My wife is nurse. Her feet were killing her after a 9 hr day. She felt immediately better once she wrote these to work

Very comfortable shoe and fits true to size.

These were great except that they slipped on my heel sadly. I do have large feet and an extremely narrow heel so I do have a hard to fit foot for reference. Some people may be okay with the heel slipping as well, but I wouldn’t be able to stand it.
