This walking shoes are quite lightweight and comfortable. The would not be suitable on rugged terrain, but are perfect for an asphalt walking trail.

I waited until I could walk in these shoes at least 30 minutes at a time indoors before writing my review. These shoes are very, very comfortable, light weight, and appropriately supportive. I have a problem with chronic irritation in my right great toenail due to chronic fungal infection. The toe box was roomy enough that I had no discomfort with that problem. The only reservation I have is that the EVA outsole does not have an abrasion resistant rubber layer so I fear that the outsoles may wear out sooner than I would prefer. My daughter recommended Zappos and, so far I am pleased.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, SAS as I need size 12.5

Perfect fit; I am a natural 11 who wears 13's to accommodate my orthotics. These shoes are the most comfortable I've owned in many years. I bought a pair in Navy and ordered the gray a few days later. I'll have to order a couple more pairs for reserve-they are that good. My previous shoes were Brooks Ghost 13's--good shoes but I like these better.

I love the feel of these walkers. They feel more like slippers than walking shoes. Don't know how they will hold up in the long run but i am very happy with them so far. If you need arch support these are not the ones for you as there is really none.
