Got these slippers as a Christmas present. They seemed decent at first, but due to all the fluff, it was impossible to tell there was anything wrong until after being worn for a while. After a couple days of wear, I noticed that the insole on one of the slippers was cut poorly, being too small to cover the entire space of the sole of the slipper. My girlfriend raved about this company, so I expected better. I guess not. Having made my own shoes in the past, I could have done a better job than this with much better quality.

The slippers are great, the whole family has at least one pair. It's become somewhat of a Christmas tradition to refresh and replenish the family's UGG slippers. Until this year...

These shoes were a Father's Day gift. Look very nice and comfortable but wouldn't even fit my husbands feet. These are made for women. Very narrow. We had to return them. Very disappointing. Too narrow.

No what was advertised.

Throughout the order process, when I entered my discount Code, your website said it was in my cart. Yet, when I finally got to final checkout, it was not honored. You should have said it would not be honored up front. To "put it in my cart" and then not honor it later is a dishonest approach and not appreciated. I complained about this and got a pointless response in return. I have used UGG products for many years and expect honest, straight-forward products and service. You disappointed me.

Web site says slippers made in China. Shoes arrived and were too big and linning falling out. Inspection showed product (slippers) were made in Vietnam, need I say more. Product misrepresented. Good customer service, asham product was not as advertised. Tom S.

What happened to you guys???? You use to have a fine product but I can't even get my foot into the second pair of slippers my sister sent me for Xmas. I'm not going to Ever buy another ugg product. I have a very high arch and wide foot. Slippers just don't fit! You obviously do not want my business or anyone that is a bit out of the "norm" of foot style. When you were making slippers in australia they were fine quality but now since you subcontracted your product to another country. I say ugg to ugg!!!
